We built this beautiful, spacious home as a beach retreat for our own family. This home is located in a quiet street off Sanibel-Captiva Road just minutes from the new Sanibel Recreation Center, Ding Darling Wildlife Sanctuary and Bowman's Beach.
Our family fell in love with the Island over 20 years ago. We quickly discovered that it was so unique with it's commitment to the environment, it's beautiful pristine beaches and restrictions on commercial development. We think Sanibel is safe and a great place to spend your vacation. The shelling is spectacular!
This home features lots of local and whimsical art with fun and bright beachy colors! Enjoy our enclosed pool and hot tub which is beautifully landscaped to allow complete privacy. Sunsets from our "widows walk" are absolutely breathtaking.

Low Season: May-Oct .. $4000/month
Mid Season: Nov.... $5000/month
High Season: Dec-Apr .. $6500/month
Security Deposit required; which is fully refundable given there is no damage.
Above rates DO NOT include 11% state and local taxes and $200 cleaning fee.
30% deposit required. Plus applicable utility charges.
If paying by credit card a 2.5% fee will be added to the total transaction amount.
If paying by E-Check a 1.5% fee will be added to the total transaction amount.

My husband and I honeymooned at this house and enjoyed ourselves beyond our wildest imagination!! We spent Christmas on the island and did A LOT of cooking in the kitchen. It was completely stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of beach supplies, and not having to bring our own bikes from home made travel easier. The house was impeccably clean and well kept, and we found ourselves not wanting to leave when the time came! The house is absolutely beautiful! My family vacations in Sanibel frequently, but we've never rented a house before. After seeing the pictures, my mother swears she'll never stay anywhere else when vacationing again! Neither will my husband and I!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is an absolutely lovely home and so well equipped with everything one would need for a great vacation. I walked the bike path, went to the beach and generally relaxed for a month. My grandchildren came for a week and they went from the pool in the morning, to the beach, back to the pool at night and to bed, exausted and happy. Everything was clean an d well maintained. You couldn't ask for anything more. I called the owners a few times with questions and they were always very helpful.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
