This is a LUXURY condo with breathtaking oceanfront views from the 13th floor. Both the living room and bedroom feature a wall of windows, with sliding doors that open to the spacious private 25 foot balcony. You can see miles of sugar white sandy beaches and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxing tropical breezes, the sound of the surf, and spectacular sunsets.
The bedroom has a four post king size bed . The brand new mattress is beautiful and it is like sleeping on air. There is a 32" flat screen LCD TV and DVD player in the living room, large full bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The bed linens and comforters are cleaned after each stay. This is an extremely clean unit. The sofa folds out to a queen bed. There is a full-mirrored wall that brings the ocean view into the unit! For guests who bring their laptops, there is plugin computer cable to knology. The master bedroom has a TV with a VCR.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including modern white appliances, built-in microwave, and dishwasher – there are five food stores within five miles and super Wal-Mart is within walking distance. The dining area seats four and there is a breakfast bar. The bath features a large oval marble tub, double vanity, and washer & dryer. The balcony is comfortably furnished to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day and evening.
Long Beach features 3 pools with hot tubs, all right next to 1300 feet of magnificent white sand beach on the Gulf. The main pool is a 6,800 square foot lagoon design with a waterfall that you can swim through. Relax with your favorite beverage and snack at "The Hang Out" poolside bar and grill. On-site availability of jet-ski, para-sailing, beach chair & umbrella rentals. Long Beach is gated with 24 hour security guards so that you have a safe vacation.
Long Beach is right in the middle of the new Panama City Beach, conveniently located near everything you would need on your vacation, entertainment, 8 local golf courses, outstanding restaurants, the new Pier Park shopping experience, and more. Walk to restaurants, shops, miniature golf, Ripley's Museum, Wonderworks and nightlife. This condo is the perfect get away. The whole unit is clean and well maintained by the owner's. Jill is great to wrok with and has great concern with any problems for her renter's. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. The view from the balcony was awesome, along with the balcony furniture. The resort staff is always cleaning something and our walkway outside our room was kept extremly clean because I saw the staff daily using a big machine to clean them. The pool is awesome and picture does not speak for the acutal experience of this condo and resort. The owners description of the condo is just like it is said clean. If you stay here you will get your money's worth and have a peaceful trip. Thanks! for everything you helped with Jill.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view from the 13th floor. The bed was very comfortable and everything was better than expected. The owner was great to work with. Long Beach is a great place to stay. The pool side bar and grill was great! I will definitely stay here again!

This condo is wonderful. The view from the 13th floor and is amazing. We had easy access to the elevator which gave us quich access to the pool or the ocean. The owner, Jill, was very easy to work with and she gives a wonderful massage!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view from the 13th floor. Everything was an upgrade from the many condos we have stayed at before in this resort and by far the nicest. Very comfortable and relaxing. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! We will definitely stay here again!!
