This home is a beautifully decorated, never lived in, builders model home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large and spacious great room, home office, breakfast bar, formal dining room, spacious kitchen with large pantry, indoor laundry room. 1945 square feet of great living space!
The master suite includes a large bedroom with a beautiful view of the pool area and direct access to the pool area through the sliding glass door. There are two separate and large walk in closets. The master bath includes a private water closet, separate shower and garden tub, and his and hers vanities (hers has a dressing table).
If you must work while on vacation this home features a large home office just off the great room. Furnished complete with a large L shaped desk.
The guest room side of the house has 2 bedrooms, both with large walk in closets. The guest bath also doubles as a pool bath as it has direct access to the lanai/pool area.
The pool area is truly beautiful with a swimming pool, covered lanai, and all screened in. The great room looks out over the pool area through a large sliding glass door that pockets, bringing the outside in.
This home is located on Lee Boulevard which is a busy street. It is the main street into Lehigh Acres from Ft. Myers. Even though the street is busy the access is easy as there is ample room for parking and turning around. There is enough room to park an RV, Boat, or an extra vehicle during your stay. In addition the homes central location puts you close to everything happening in the area. You are 10 minutes from I-75, 5 minutes from downtown Lehigh, 10 to 15 minutes into Ft. Myers, 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the beach. About 20 minutes to the Red Sox and Twins Spring Training facilities. You can't beat it!
