Or turn the telescope to Quandary and watch as climbers conquer this 14,000 foot peak. In the mornings while sipping your coffee you will enjoy watching moose graze the meadow along Blue River. A stream rushes along the property in the summer bringing deer and elk to drink just steps from the front porch.
Views of the Aspen changing to their Fall golden colors are some of the best anywhere.
This large 2700 sq ft home, three level floor plan with 3-4 bedrooms, 3 baths, slate tile, frieze carpet, hardwood floors, a fully equipped modern kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, secluded master suite, high quality bedding/mattresses with down comforters, four TVs with satellite/DVD, high-speed Internet, telephone service with unlimited US & Canada Long Distance, Play Station 2 gaming system with games, family board games, gas fireplace, oversized 2-car garage & a quick drive to downtown Breck are just a few highlights. In the Summer enjoy access to a private lake that is fully stocked with Trout. Hiking and biking trails and back country roads to waterfalls surrounded by wildflowers, high mountain lakes, and old gold mines and ghost towns abound. Upper level- Secluded master bedroom Suite with king bed, TV/DVD, private deck, and large master bath/Spa;
Main level- Two bedrooms, both with queen beds/Flat Panel TV/DVD, and one full bathroom; Kitchen, dining, living room
Ground level- Game room/Bedroom. Play area with queen memory foam sofa bed and aerobed, Entertainment center/PS2/DVD/VCR and log game table with four chairs. IPOD docking station. One full bathroom. Inflatable bed available for extra sleeping. Patio/deck. Great for kids. Mudroom, Washer & Dryer room.
All beds have luxurious down comforters, high quality linens, and brand new top of the line mattresses. A Pack-n-Play crib is also available.
All three full bathrooms have granite counters and custom finishes. Master bath has a large 2 person jetted tub, double sinks and vanity.

The Breckenridge Rec Center has Rock Climbing, Indoor Swimming and Waterslide, Cardio and Fitness areas, Tennis, Gymnasium, Indoor Track and is located about 10 minutes away. The Factory Outlet Mall in Silverthorne is located about 20 minutes away. Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain are only 30 minutes away. Vail resort is about 45 minutes away.
