Our newly furnished condominium is located on a canal to Lake Tarpon, the "Jewel of Pinellas County". Our two bedroom unit, will have you feeling like you are home. There is just about everything you might find in your own home to make your stay comfortable. I truly feel that my home, which I enjoy sharing, is just the right recipe for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
There is a private heated pool and six-person Jacuzzi for your pleasure. This lovely complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks. There are 40 units in the complex. The complex is made up of two story buildings. This unit is on the second floor, so you never have to worry about anyone above you keeping you awake.
If doing it all is what you like, look no further.
Lake Tapon is centrally located to many of Florida's top attractions. Perhaps your would like to enjoy an afternoon on the water. Lake Tarpon (your backyard) is approximately four miles long and two miles wide. A renowned hot spot for freshwater fishing.
Within walking distance there is a multiplex cinema and many convenience stores. There are plenty of casual and fine dining restaurants within a short drive.
If shopping is what you want, the Countryside Mall (with an indoor ice skating ring... yes they do have ice skating in Florida) is a short drive south on US 19.
The town of Tarpon Springs known for its famous sponge docks, wonderful Greek food and festivals is 10 mintues north-west. This is one of our favorite spots to visit. Here you will find the renewly renovated Fred Howard Park and Sunset Beach (Where on thursday evenings you can enjoy a relaxing concert on the beach).
We are located near one of the finest natural beaches in Florida, Honeymoon Island. The sun - drenched Gulf beach, mangrove swamps, and tidal flats are just the beginning. Nature lovers will find osprey nests, a wide variety of shorebirds, and one of the few remaining virgin slash pine forests in South Florida. The park boasts several nature trails and bird observation areas. Visitors can swim, fish, and snorkel in the warm waters of the Gulf or picnic while they enjoy the beautiful scenery. Shelling is particularly good here, as the Gulf currents deposit an incredible variety of seashells on the shore. Honeymoon Island is just 10 minutes away to the south-west.

The reason I purchased a vacation rental in this location is because I love the area. It is centrally located to some of my favorite places. Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and the towns of Tarpon Springs, Dunedein and Old Palm Harbor. The people at the unit are all helpful and friendly. It is a well kept secret in the area.

We were told let this be your "Home Away From Home" and as soon as we walked through the door we knew this was going to be true. The decor was beautiful and the accomadations were great and the property was well maintained. The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Very friendly community and we made alot of friends. We could chose to enjoy visiting with the other residents or enjoy our privacy. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is close to shopping areas, beaches, bike trails, restaurants, and a little over one hour to Disney. One of our favorite things to do was to go to the different nearby beaches and watch the sunset. We have already booked for next March. Great way to get away from Western New York winter weather. If you are looking for a GREAT GET AWAY this is a place I would recommend.

We had the good fortune of renting this unit during the month of January. It is especially comfortable and attractively decorated. It is part of a friendly, well kept community. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to returning next year.

I was surprised that this rental was still available on such sort notice. Everything else had been rented in the surrounding area. Everything that was listed on the site about the rental unit was correct. Well maintained,clean, easy to find and very comfortable. It's like a home away from home. After playing golf all day, it was relaxing to come "home"! There is a lot more to do than play golf. Sightseeing, the beaches, restaurants,etc. The only downside to this was that the time went by to quickly!! I would recommend this rental to friends. The owner's were great to work with! Thanks again for letting us stay!

My husband and I stayed here this past winter. Very nice condo, great pool and spa, and great location. Jayne was wonderful to work with - best we've experienced! The condo was equipped with everything you need - and then some! We loved watching the DVD movies at night! It's such a pleasure to stay in a condo that is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated! We would love to come back here in the future!

Oh, it was so hard to leave your wonderful condo and that warm sunny location. We had a really great time and everything at the condo was perfect. All of the extra effort you put in to make sure the grandchildren enjoyed their time there was totally unexpected and truly appreciated. The Bunnies were a great hit and they slept with them every night. The water toys and beach toys were used EVERY day and the girls can now "swim" all by their selves with their floaties. They were so proud of themselves. The baby, as well as the girls, loved the beach toys and learned how to build his own sand castles with his bucket and shovel!! You definitely made us welcome in every way, and I already have shared your info with my co-workers. One of them in fact, has a sister who lives just down the road from your condo, and he was in Palm Harbor the week before Easter visiting with her. He actually had a boat ride past the condos with his sister and shared some of his pictures of the condo from the water with me. They were very nice. I will forward them to you so that you can post them on your site also. I also really appreciated that you had all the trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent etc. there. That really made our stay truly care free as we did not have to run to the store for all those things. Thank you for being such a great host and I will definitely let my friends and family know about you. We will be in touch....
