The theme of this villa, "Do it All or Nothing at All", fits this condo perfectly. In addition to everything you might ever need provided for you, including beach toys and chairs for adults and kids, the location is fantastic. You can spend quiet and peaceful time in this beautiful condo, sit around the pool and jump in the jacuzzi, visit with other snowbirds, or take a walk around the wooden deck that surrounds the condo complex. Best time is at night, as all the palm trees have individual lights and the deck is enclosed with lights all the way around........or if you choose, within minutes you can be sitting in one of the ton of restaurants in the area, sun bathe on one of 4 fantastic beaches (including Clearwater Beach), go shelling, spend a day at one of several huge flea markets, attend a movie across the street, or take a ride all the way down Gulf Blvd and see the sights. If you choose to rent this condo, everything that you need is provided, just as the owner says in the description. We highly recommend this condo if you really want to DO IT ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at the condo this past November and we had a delightful time. Everything you could possibly need was there. It truely is a home away from home. The neighbors there were like old friends we had known forever. Everyone was wonderful. Wait till you meet Alice. Any questions we had she was able to answer. Jayne was also kind enough to offer us an earlier check in to escape the wrath of hurricaine Sandy. I thank her for that. If your looking for a place that is centrally located on the west coast, near to major connecting roads, that feels like home. This would be the place. Go on down and just chill. I did. (My husband fished).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

If you are considering this rental, go for it. Everything is as described, well maintained and most of all the owner is johnny on the spot from the initial contact to follow up during and after our stay. We just returned home yesterday and will definitely rent this condo again given the opportunity. In addition to being completely satisfied with the condo and amenities, the location is great. Very easy to go in any direction for whatever activities you choose. We had rain everyday but one so only one beach trip - Jayne recommended Honeymoon Island and it does not disappoint. Awesome time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed at the villa last week. We had such a great time at the area beaches. I got to relive child hood memories as we walked around at the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs. The villa had everything we needed to hit the beaches running, right down to beach towels, umbrella, cooler and chairs! Our favorite part of the trip was sitting out at Howard Park watching the dolphins and soaking the sun up, what a beautiful beach! I would highly recommend a stay at Lake Tarpon Villa's for your next vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Nice place, very clean. Had everything needed for a Florida vacation. Perfect for a couple or a family with one or two small children. Owner was very accommodating and communicated well with us. The property is great. Everything you need is available. The condo is clean and spacious. The location is central to everything we wanted to do. We will return next year. Here we are again one year later! The condo is just as homey as last year. Some real nice improvements, two new digetal televisions in the bedrooms. New drapes in the livingroom sure made it really cosie. We had a great time during our stay in this condo. It is close to everything. The condo was fully equipped and the other residents in the complex were friendly and helpful. Close enough to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches or just relax by the lovely pool. Next time we are in the Palm Harbor area we hope this condo will be available.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

We were told let this be your "Home Away From Home" and as soon as we walked through the door we knew this was going to be true. The decor was beautiful and the accomadations were great and the property was well maintained. The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Very friendly community and we made alot of friends. We could chose to enjoy visiting with the other residents or enjoy our privacy. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is close to shopping areas, beaches, bike trails, restaurants, and a little over one hour to Disney. One of our favorite things to do was to go to the different nearby beaches and watch the sunset. We have already booked for next March. Great way to get away from Western New York winter weather. If you are looking for a GREAT GET AWAY this is a place I would recommend.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had the good fortune of renting this unit during the month of January. It is especially comfortable and attractively decorated. It is part of a friendly, well kept community. My husband and I stayed here this past winter. Very nice condo, great pool and spa, and great location. Jayne was wonderful to work with - best we've experienced! The condo was equipped with everything you need - and then some! We loved watching the DVD movies at night! It's such a pleasure to stay in a condo that is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated! I was surprised that this rental was still available on such sort notice. Everything else had been rented in the surrounding area. Everything that was listed on the site about the rental unit was correct. Well maintained,clean, easy to find and very comfortable. It's like a home away from home. After playing golf all day, it was relaxing to come "home"! There is a lot more to do than play golf. Sightseeing, the beaches, restaurants,etc. The only downside to this was that the time went by to quickly!! I would recommend this rental to friends. The owner's were great to work with! Oh, it was so hard to leave your wonderful condo and that warm sunny location. We had a really great time and everything at the condo was perfect. All of the extra effort you put in to make sure the grandchildren enjoyed their time there was totally unexpected and truly appreciated. The Bunnies were a great hit and they slept with them every night. The water toys and beach toys were used EVERY day and the girls can now "swim" all by their selves with their floaties. They were so proud of themselves. The baby, as well as the girls, loved the beach toys and learned how to build his own sand castles with his bucket and shovel!! You definitely made us welcome in every way, and I already have shared your info with my co-workers. One of them in fact, has a sister who lives just down the road from your condo, and he was in Palm Harbor the week before Easter visiting with her. He actually had a boat ride past the condos with his sister and shared some of his pictures of the condo from the water with me. They were very nice. I will forward them to you so that you can post them on your site also. I also really appreciated that you had all the trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent etc. there. That really made our stay truly care free as we did not have to run to the store for all those things.
