What better way to wake up in Waikiki then with the sunrise. This beautiful updated studio has been renovated with brand new queen-size maple murphy bed. There is a brand new glass block wall and dining counter. Cabinets have been refaced. Recently painted. Brand new washer/dryer in bathroom. Very clean unit.
I have been coming to Waikiki for 15 years and finally decided to buy this unit in the Fairway Villa. This is my second home which I frequent three times a year. Why pay hotel rates when you can have all the comforts of home in your own Condo. I hope you folks enjoy it as much as I do.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views from the rooftop deck. I enjoy that my unit is equipped with free internet and a fax machine, so I can do business if needed. I also have a brand new washer dryer in the unit. The staff here is fantastic and enjoying the fireworks on Friday night is plus.

Its is a good place to stay, however no more then two people. This spot is clean. Stayed 20 days and was very relaxing. Stove , fridge, wash room , wash and dryer are all good. Big advantages -->> Free Parking in YOUR private reserved location, your own washer & dryer, free internet, free telephone, and its central location. Access by car is easy via Ala wai, leaving brings you to Kuhio. Its central location in Waikiki means that your within walking distance for anything in the area. This was my 4th visited to Hawaii and I would say this condo was the best so far. I plan to use it again for any future visits.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Marc's condo. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time renting a private condo (we usually do all-inclusives) so this was a new experience and I must say a very positive one. The condo itself is nicely located, just a short walk to the beach and all the shops or restaurants you could possible want, but far enough away from the downtown crowds. There are beautiful views from the lanai and especially from the roof-top where we spent many an afternoon cooling down in the pool or just enjoying the views of Honolulu. Don't miss the Friday night fireworks - you don't have to go to the beach to enjoy them if you don't want to - you can see them from the rooftop. We also rented a car for a few days and it was so nice to have the parking spot included - a real luxury in Waikiki. The condo is very clean and pretty much exactly as shown in the pictures - it faces east so you are treated to the most beautiful sunrises in the morning and you don't have to deal with the hot sun in the afternoon shining into your space. There is also a grocery store very conveniently located (about half a block away). Prices were a little more expensive than the Safeway but it was a little too far to walk to so we used the local store and found most things to be very fresh and of great quality. Lots of fresh sushi and breakfast/lunch items made there daily as well for more added convenience if you just want to grab something and eat it without having the bother of cooking (although there is a grill on the rooftop that is again so convenient if you just want to BBQ a steak or something). We saved a ton of money not eating in restaurants, a real plus if you're on a budget. All in all, our time spent at Marc's condo was top-notch. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Oahu. Our thanks to Marc for getting back to us with our questions, and to Rita who looks after his property. They were both very helpful and great to deal with.
