A sparkling pool & Above ground Jacuzzi in a resort-style backyard gives you room, freedom, and flexibility, and comfort. The Home is in a central location, minutes from freeways. The airport and downtown are 20-25 minutes away. Come and Enjoy Arizona in your 'Home Away From Home. These last few months, we have remodeled the Pool, added new Patio Furniture,a new Spa, Painted the exterior of the Home, and planted new grass with additonal landscaping.Upgraded and improved with your comfort in mind!

Another wonderful month at the Lexington home. It felt to good to back. It is so nice to know the house and the area. We enjoy our time there.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are so friendly and very easy to work with. The house was everything it advertised and so much more! Vacationing has never been so easy. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning watching the hummingbirds. The house was very kid friendly. We enjoyed every second.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This was a fabulous place to stay for our family. It was close to Freestone park and shopping. There were all the amenities that we required. Thanks for a great stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

It really was home asway from home. Very comfortable! Thank you for sharing Michael & Deborah. This was one of our best family get-a-ways. Plan to do it again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Such a warm welcome. As soon as you walk in, there is that "at home" feeling. Great character home, spacious, comfortable, well maintained and well equipt. The pictures do not this home justice. We stayed for a month would have loved to have stayed longer. Perfect setting to enjoy our Christmas dinner inside then to walk out to the very private and quiet backyard. So very relaxing. Couple bar-b-cues, fresh grapefruit and several evenings in the hot tub just made our time that much more enjoyable. Should we decide to stay in Gilbert again we would most certainly hope that we could book this home. Would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in vacationing in this area. Memories in this home will remain with us for a very long time. What an awesome, welcoming home!!! We stayed one week and wished we had come out for a month. Best rest we had in many months. Michael is a great host and communicates well throughout the process to make you comfortable. A full house, nice neighborhood, two car garage, swimming pool and spa all make for the most pleasant stay in the Gilbert area. Very conveniently located to get anywhere in the Phoenix metropolitan region. We will gladly stay again at this VRBO property. At check in, the fees for your stay and cleaning fee are collected, a reciept is issued to you for funds recieved. January through March, we have adpoted a policy for those who appreciate and are able to stay for extended periods of time to enjoy AZ winters. For the first 3 months of the year, we are only accepting reservations for those who are able to stay for a minimum of 1 month at a time. Why the Owner Chose Gilbert:
The Home has such personality, we would move back into it in a heartbeat. We moved out of it to be closer to our kids and could't bear to sell it. We decided to get creative and share our blessings with you.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The Quiet backyard, grass with shade trees. Having a fire in the firepit while soaking in the jacuzzi. Swimming in your own private pool is so refreshing in AZ during the summer.Up to local code, the backyard is surrounded by a 6 ft. block wall for privacy and security. the pool itself is also surrounded by a 5 ft wrought iron fence, with latches 5 ft off the ground for safety. The doors that lead outside into the backyard also have latches 6 ft off the floor, for extra safety for the whole family, especially for the little ones!
