These last few months, we have remodeled the Pool, added new Patio Furniture,a new Spa, Painted the exterior of the Home, and planted new grass with additonal landscaping.Upgraded and improved with your comfort in mind!

Why the Owner Chose Gilbert
The Home has such personality, we would move back into it in a heartbeat. We moved out of it to be closer to our kids and could't bear to sell it. We decided to get creative and share our blessings with you.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Quiet backyard, grass with shade trees. Having a fire in the firepit while soaking in the jacuzzi. Swimming in your own private pool is so refreshing in AZ during the summer.Up to local code, the backyard is surrounded by a 6 ft. block wayy for privacy and security. the pool itself is also surrounded by a 5 ft wrought iron fence, with latches 5 ft off the ground for safety. The doors that lead outside into the backyard also have latches 6 ft off the floor, for extra safety for the whole family, especially for the little ones!

Such a warm welcome. As soon as you walk in, there is that "at home" feeling. Great character home, spacious, comfortable, well maintained and well equipt. The pictures do not this home justice. We stayed for a month would have loved to have stayed longer. Perfect setting to enjoy our Christmas dinner inside then to walk out to the very private and quiet backyard. So very relaxing. Couple bar-b-cues, fresh grapefruit and several evenings in the hot tub just made our time that much more enjoyable. Should we decide to stay in Gilbert again we would most certainly hope that we could book this home. Would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in vacationing in this area. Memories in this home will remain with us for a very long time. Thank you Michael & Deborah

What an awesome, welcoming home!!! We stayed one week and wished we had come out for a month. Best rest we had in many months. Michael is a great host and communicates well throughout the process to make you comfortable. A full house, nice neighborhood, two car garage, swimming pool and spa all make for the most pleasant stay in the Gilbert area. Very conveniently located to get anywhere in the Phoenix metropolitan region. We will gladly stay again at this VRBO property. Kudos to Michael and his family for sharing this property on VRBO.
