This is a wonderful coastal cottage located on Blythe Island right outside of Brunswick, Georgia. It is four bedroom, three bath home with an amazing amount of yard and patio space. The back porch comes complete with propane grill and lots of entertaining areas. The front porch has plenty of seating and magnificent views of Turtle River. There is a boat ramp and dock to fish off of located within walking distance of the house. There are three couches located within the home one in the den, loft, and living room for additional sleeping options. There is a great cemented walking trail located at the waters edge for your morning stroll.
All of the bathrooms are equipped with tubs while two of them are garden tubs with separate showers. Master suite is located on the lower level and has a vast amount of space. All of the bedrooms have beds equipped for two people. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a dining room that can seat six people with a breakfast bar for additional seating.
Property is located between Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida. Each has a driving time of about an hour. Also located near the property is St. Simons Island where there are numerous shops and fine dining areas along with miles of sandy beaches. Jekyll Island is located about 25 minutes away which has great recreational areas, putt-putt course, sea turtle exhibits, beaches, and quaint villages with restaurants. Located minutes from property is the Brunswick port where the Emerald Princess, a gambling boat is located which cruises out to international waters. It has fine dining along with a dance floor. I will provide free tickets for this cruise ship to the renters and some of their guests depending on how many are present.
