The Clubhouse has a new restaurant, bar, huge swimming pool, hot tub, 5 lit tennis courts, and new state of the art fitness center with many trails for walking and biking near by. Tons of amenities.
You enter a front stained glass door to a 3 year old home, hardly lived in with no smokers or pets, with high ceilings, an open floor plan with an entertainment center wall in living room and a large dining area. A high end kitchen has everything you'd want with a counter and two high seats. The four windows have stained glass and plenty of light. Fans and lights in each room.
Living Room has 1 couch,1 chair & 1 leather chair-all reclining, plus a built in entertainment center. Dining Room has a Bay Window with stained glass and Dining set is of maple wood & has 6 chairs, 1 leaf for table, and can seat 12-14.
The Den can be used for office or spare room with a queen sofa bed with air mattress, a nice desk with ample lighting.
The master bedroom with king bed, is very large with bay window and sliding door to patio, a leather recliner, TV, and a huge walk-in closet. The master bath has a large tub, a walk-in shower, a long counter with two sinks, and a separate room with toilet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, bay window, full bath and doors that close to make it a separate studio.
The patio has a good view of the 4th tee with cactus & trees in the common area, giving some privacy. It is furnished with a glass table, 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs & 2 ottomans with table and of course a new gas BBQ.
The 2 car garage is extended for golf cart and has a workbench. Walking thru garage you enter the utility room with large washer/dryer, sink, etc. From there you enter the large kitchen with appliances in stainless steel and plenty of cabinets and a pantry.
Past renters have exclaimed that this house was the best furnished home they have ever rented.
