Located on the top floor of Whitney Parrish, #501, this beautiful Oceanfront condo was recently redecorated and renovated. It is a 3 BR/3 BA condo in an exclusive, gated seaside resort. Litchfield By The Sea offers beautiful private beaches, perfect for all water sports and activities, tennis, walking/biking trails, restaurant/bar, health club, spa, stocked lakes, pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, etc. All the required amenities to make your vacation a dream come true.
For the adults in your party, there is world class golf, amazing restaurants, fantastic shopping, wonderful wine stores and plenty of dinner theatre, live shows and music. For the children, in addition to the perfect beaches, there are pools, tennis, biking trails and plenty of room to play. Within a short drive, lots of water parks, go garts, miniature golf, movie theatres and much more to keep everyone happy and occupied. All religious denominations are represented with churches within five to ten minute drive.
Our beautiful condo has been our private family getaway for the last four years. Every visitor we have welcomed has immediately asked "how soon can we come back". Relaxing on the spacious deck is wonderful, no matter what your pleasure. If you prefer to nap or read a great book one one of the the beautiful teak chaises with six inch thick cushions or enjoying a light snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner at the pub table, the deck is the perfect place to start or end your day at the beach.
The condo features a spacious and open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with cable TV, DVD and stereo with CD player. The living room, dining room and Master Bedroom all provide beautiful and captivating ocean views. You can also enjoy the private balcony overlooking the pools, hot tub, perfectly manicured grounds and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV and private bath with large shower, double vanity and oversized jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and private bath. 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and bath. In addition we have provided a pack and play and a portable high chair for guests to use.
