Welcome to our Kauai Paradise. We are located on the South Shore of Kauai (Poipu area). Kauai has been called Hawaii's most beautiful Island, and we totally agree. Kauai is known for its tropical greenery and fantastic beaches. Kauai is nicknamed THE GARDEN ISLE.
Our Condo is adjacent to Prince Kuhio Park and within 20 yards of the Ocean. We started coming to Kauai in 2000 and first stayed at the Prince Kuhio Resort. We loved the Island and the Condo so much, we returned each year, renting the same unit. In 2007 we were lucky to purchase this beautiful condo from the prior owners. A lot of love and care has gone into this condo and we intend to carry on that tradition. It is our intention to make our renters feel at home when they stay at our condo and enjoy the Beauty and Aloha spirit of Kauai.
There are 71 units in the Prince Kuhio Resort complex. The grounds include a beautiful tropical garden and Koi pond. You will enjoy our large secluded 8' swimming pool with lots of comfortable pool furniture. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a BBQ area which includes both a large gas/electric grill and charcoal grill. Furniture is provided in the BBQ area. Please note that Prince Kuhio maintains a resident manager who lives in the complex and is available. The complex has a Laundry room on the first floor with 4 large washers and 6 dryers
We are located in a great area. There are numerous beaches within walking distance of our unit with some of the best snorkeling on the Island. Watch for SeaTurtles/Porpoise/Monk Seals, etc.. You might also spot Whales during their seasonal migration. You are just a few miles away from Poipu Beach and Brenneke's Beach. Both are great places for younger children (or adults ) as they have a shallow cove, lifeguards and a Children's play area. Two nice golf courses are within a 5 minute drive. Numerous Restaurant's (including the famous Beachhouse Restaurant) and shops are close by. Looking for a Starbucks? - just minutes away in Poipu Shopping Village

$90 cleaning fee / $35 registration fee / Note: 3 night minimum stay
$200 deposit when booking
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
All rates subject to 12.42% Hawaii tax (13.42% effective 7/10)
Rates for Dec 15th -Jan 5th are $150 per night ( regardless of length of stay)

We totally enjoyed our stay in your Condo in Kauai. Your Condo is beautifully decorated. Your Condo is very well kept and very well equipped!! We cannot say enough about the Location with a private park on one side the ocean on another = simply wonderful!! Thank you for sharing with us. The people of Kauai are very friendly. One note - The enforcement of wearing your seat belts in your car is enforced = so buckle up or you might be ticketed

The location was great, right by the beach with excellent snorkeling and all those turtles - everywhere The condo was small - but we didn't need alot of space The Condo was equipped with everything you could want beach gear, cooler, cleaning supplies, towels, mats, spices, Hawaiian music CD's, books & every kitchen gadget you could imagine. The grounds were gorgeous, even an orchid garden We can't recommend jean and Sues Condo enough ( Now I am wondering if I should send this n, all the days will fill up ) Thanks for a great time = we are coming back

You open your front door and know you are at home we got in touch with our spiritual side while here taking time to become involved in learning the history of this beautiful island The museum in Lihue is worth a see You are truly blessed to have this condo as your second home May your lives be richer for the time spent here
