  My Wife & I stayed here from Mar 15 - April 6 and are 55+. We found this location great for viewing awesome sunsets, cruise ships passing and many whales breaching. While this condo and building is a bit dated it served us well with a comfortable king size bed (important). The building has a nice pool, workout room and tennis courts. We think the weather and snorkeling is better overall in Kehei where we drove to often. The beach out front is a bit rocky in the water and not great for snorkeling but did have many Sea Turtles (like about 24 in a small area). There are many good dining options within walking distance. China Boat and Black Angus restaurant were especially very good. This condo is close to Kaanapali without their high costs and overall offered very good value.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

  Our condo had a great view of pool and the ocean. The complex is in a good location and is well maintained. King sized bed was comfortable. Rental price is hard to beat, but condo is in need of an update.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  I booked this room for my Mother and Grandmother as I already was staying in another unit. It was a very nice unit & well equipped. It was nice that it was close to the elevator and the unit had a great ocean view so that they could sit on the deck and look at the beautiful ocean and sunsets.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Spacious well maintained, clean one bedroom condominium with fully stocked kitchen. Large master bedroom with comfortable king size bed and walk in closet. Nicely furnished large living room and dining room. Unit also has a washer and dryer. Nice size deck with patio furniture that has panoramic views of the beach, ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The complex is nicely landscaped with plenty of parking, large swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and barbeques. My wife and I have stayed in this unit several times and feel that it is one of the nicest units in the complex. There are many restaurants and activities close to the complex/resort. We recommend Dollie's Pub and Black Angus Steakhouse (both are walking distance). We also recommend the Gazebo restaurant in Napili and Aloha Mixed Plate restaurant in Lahaina.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We have arrived home and are back to reality after spending an amazing 11 nights at your condo!! The 3rd floor view from the lanai was gorgeous and I enjoyed my coffee there each morning. The condo was clean and fit our family’s needs perfectly. Thanks again for helping to make our stay in Maui a great family vacation! Shawn, Sheri, Kaitlyn, and Sierra

  I wanted to thank you so much for the use of your beautiful condo in Maui. It worked out perfect. My sister and her family stayed there and we stayed in #311. Your condo was so clean and they enjoyed their stay there. We are planning on going back now every other Christmas since my kids are in college and don't want to go every Christmas. We would be interested in renting again from you Dec 2012. My husband and I are interested in possibly buying a condo in the Royal Kahana and will start the research. We enjoyed the walks on the beach, loved the farmers market on Mon, Wed & Fri. The freshest fruit we have ever eaten and the best guacamole ever! Anyways, just wanted to thank you very much for making our vacation and my sisters PERFECT!

  This place was wonderful. We had a great time. The view was breathtaking. Can't wait to go back. Well worth every penny.
