This beautiful condo is located at the first class Royal Kahana Resort. The unit is perfectly situated to take in all of the beautiful views of the pool, ocean and Lanai.
Our 1 bedroom is just seconds away from a half mile stretch of un-crowded white sandy beach in the quiet beachfront community of Kahana. The Royal Kahana Resort is conveniently located between the fabulous resort areas of Kaahapali Beach and Kapalua Bay. The condo is about 10 minutes away from the fantastic town of Lahaina, which is known for the outstanding shopping, restaurants , and the Champions Golf Courses at Kapalua.
This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable TV, VCR, CD Player. King bed and queen sofa sleeper, easily accommodating up to four guests. Central air and ceiling fans provide all the comfort you will need. This is paradise!
The Royal Kahana is full of amenities, including a large heated pool with sunning and lounging chairs, and a beachfront lawn area with direct ocean views. There are four gas-fired barbecue grills at the pool area, and a big poolside Cabana providing a dining area. The activity area also includes ping pong tables and shuffleboard. Two lighted Tennis Courts are also a popular recreation at the resort. There is also an on site exercise room and sauna. If you are interested in taking any island excursions, the Activity Desk in the lobby is very helpful and can book all of your reservations for you.
This is our most favorite vacation destination in the world. Nothing compares to Maui and the spirit of Aloha! Once you experience it, you'll know what we mean.

I wanted to thank you so much for the use of your beautiful condo in Maui. It worked out perfect. My sister and her family stayed there and we stayed in #311. Your condo was so clean and they enjoyed their stay there. We are planning on going back now every other Christmas since my kids are in college and don't want to go every Christmas. We would be interested in renting again from you Dec 2012. My husband and I are interested in possibly buying a condo in the Royal Kahana and will start the research. We enjoyed the walks on the beach, loved the farmers market on Mon, Wed & Fri. The freshest fruit we have ever eaten and the best guacamole ever! Anyways, just wanted to thank you very much for making our vacation and my sisters PERFECT!
