This architect designed home, built in 2004 , is situated in the Las Tunas area features 180° views of the Pacific Ocean to the west and north, and equally impressive views of the Sierra de La Laguna Mountains to the east and south. Contemporary Mexican architecture surrounded by exquisite landscaping and quiet terraces, creates a unique sense of space and privacy with an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor kitchen/dining patio have a 180º view of the Pacific Ocean, where it is not unusual to see whales breeching during the season. The full-service kitchen is equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances. The outdoor kitchen/dining patio has a large gas BBQ and refrigerator, as well as an outdoor wood-burning fireplace in the lounge area. The two-rooftop decks offer breathtaking views of the desert landscape, Pacific Ocean, and the mountains. The house is surrounded by a large and beautifully landscaped natural desert garden.
Casa Linda offers three bedrooms (with A/C) and three full baths. Two bedrooms (master has a king bed & children's room has a twin with a trundle) are in the main house and a third (queen bed) is in a separate guest suite. Two bathrooms include beautiful, private outdoor showers with large, oversized showerheads and separate pulido bathtubs. The third bathroom in the guest suite includes an oversized shower with large showerhead and double sink. All of the bathrooms are spacious and inviting.
Casa Linda is located 15 minutes north of Todos Santos in Las Tunas. It’s a short five-minute walk to the beach, and a five-minute drive to a world-class surf break.

Year Purchased: 2003
We are Jack, Linda and Audrey. Formerly from the San Francisco Bay Area. We moved to Todos Santos to improve our quality of life. After moving to Bali in the summer of 2002 for Jack’s freelance photography career and Linda’s furniture & accessories business, they were suddenly displaced after the October 12, 2002 bombing in Kuta, Bali. Our departure from Bali lead us to Todos Santos in 2003. Jack continues his freelance photography career as well as real estate in the Todos Santos area. He is represented at Pez Gordo at the Tiendas de Palmilla in Cabo San Lucas. Linda is a designer specializing in furniture and interiors, with a furniture and home accessories shop located at La Canada del Diablo in Todos Santos. Their eight-year-old daughter, Audrey, has acclimated to the pace of this small, up-and-coming Mexican artist community and is attending a bi-lingual school.
