Located on a friendly street you can watch surfers heading down the street to the ocean. From the front steps there are daily dolphin sightings.Hear the surf,smell the fresh ocean air. The unit sleeps four comfortably with a Queen platform bed with temperpedic mattress and a good quality full size sleep couch. We offer a three night minimum so it is the perfect week-end get-away. Awesome location, as advertised...very clean, close to beach and the strand, walking distance to a few good bars and restaurants. on street parking, A/C, full kitchen.....owners very nice and not intrusive at all...never saw them....plan to go back as the rates are very competitive with other rentals/hotels.....
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My stay @ this property was great. From the online booking to the correspondence prior to my stay to the contact and help during my stay. The space was neat- clean- functional- close to the beach and LAX! The use of internal laundry helped make my journey seemless and homely. For location; value for money and ease of travel book yourself in here. Be sure to plan a stay of at least two-three or more days as the location near the beach and boardwalk is a piece of paradise you wont want to rush away from.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is a great property and you really can just walk a very short block to the beach. It's a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and our upstairs unit and the garage were spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the interior design was great. Lots of nice amenities; the owner was so helpful and available. Even though I did not see this unit, the photos for the other unit actually didn't do it justice. I would love to travel from Illinois again to stay here.
