This charming 3 bedroom private home sits on a quiet part of Brandy Lake located just north of Minocqua. All year long the view is fabulous! Enjoy the lake from the deck or fish from the dock. Close to shopping, dining, golfing, hiking, biking, cross-country ski and snowmobile trails. It is the perfect location for a family vacation any time of the year.
Brandy Lake is 110 acres of pure water enjoyment. Great for water sports and fishing. The fisherman in the crowd can plan on catching Musky, Pike and Bass, and maybe even an occasional Walleye.
Brandy Park is nearby with a beautiful sandy beach with a lifeguard during the summer, tennis and basketball courts, a skate park (including ice skating rink in the winter), year round disc golf course and lots of room to play. Swimming is good at the property although aqua shoes should be worn as it can be a bit weedy past the dock. There is also boat docking but boats need to be launched at the public boat launch.

- Near Brandy Lake Park and Lac Du Flambeau Casino. There is a canoe and fishing boat for use by guests. The public boat launch is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 miles from the cabin. The Lake is a Full Recreation Lake. Biking, XC Skiing, and Snowmobile trails are nearby. Weather permitting, ice fishing is great on Brandy Lake. Brandy Lake Park has a year round disc golf course along with a beautiful beach area (with life guards in the summer), tennis and basketball courts, skate park and play and picnic area.

Why the Owner Chose Minocqua
When our children were younger for many years we would always spend a week or two at the same lake cabin, where we would dream of owning a place of our own. We have many fond memories of this time. As the pictures show, this cabin is a work in progress and has become our dream cabin. It sits on a quiet part of Brandy Lake located just north of Minocqua. Winter or summer the view is just beautiful. Brandy Lake is great for water sports and fishing and close to everything including shopping, dining, golfing, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails. We had been vacationing in the area for years and truly enjoy all the "up north" scenery and activities. We are happy to be able to have the opportunity to let others make their wonderful memories as well.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy staying here as the location is the best of both worlds. We are near the "action" with all the different amenities close by, yet this part of the lake is peaceful enough to enjoy the wildlife [i.e. the loons, deer and eagles]. Its a short walk to Brandy Park for the little ones to play at the life guarded beach.
Life guarded beach and play area, tennis and basketball courts, skate park and rink, disc golf course, softball field snowmobile trail.
Shopping, restaurants, beginning of the Bearskin Bike/Snowmobile Trail.
There is a beautiful Golf Course next to a Family oriented wildlife and petting zoo.

The home was very family friendly. We have a 3 year old son and packed a bunch of his toys but when we got in the cabin, there were so many toys and things for him to do that we didnt even have to unpack his things! Even a bunch of kid movies!It was very clean, and had all the amentities of home and more. We also saw a black squirrel, a deer (5 ft away), and an eagle that landed right a the shoreline. It was a WONDERFUL very memorable vacation! The Fishing was great as well... We would definitely go back... Thank you for opening up your beautiful cabin for renters :) the only thing missing would be the movie The Great Outdoors!!!! Lol! Thank you so very much for a wonderful vacation spot!!!!! Very private clean and fun!!!!!
