Beautiful Well Maintained Condo (completed Nov. 2008) with clubhouse/fitness center and year round outdoor heated pool and hottub.
Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath, plus queen sleeper sofa is a great place to come relax and enjoy after a great day in the Winter Park area. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, just bring the food. We have service for 8 in the kitchen area.
Step out of the condo and across the street to a multi-million dollar upgraded park which will feature many concerts and festivals. It also has a great sledding hill for kids, covered pavilions, constant lit fireplace, playground, and a skate park that was designed by a nationally renowned designer. Also across the street is access to a wonderful walking path that snakes along the river with several picnic tables and benches, and a few active fishing holes.
We are located on the free shuttle to Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort, and with in 20 minute drive to Sol Vista Ski area. Grand Lake is a 30 minute drive, which is a beautiful 3 lake area: fishing, boat rental, and miles of ATV/DirtBike/Snowmobile Trails. Grand Lake is the entrance to Trail Ridge Road, the Nations Highest Paved Road which winds thru Rocky Mountain National Park and crosses to Estes Park.

We loved this condo! So beautifully appointed and ready for cooking a gourmet meal and relaxing in front of the fire. You will feel spoiled staying here. Robin was extremely nice and helpful in making arrangements. Great location near town but also close to the slopes. Hope to be back again soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Condo was very well appointed, extremely clean and much more spacious than appeared on website. Location was perfect for an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and just across the road to the shuttle bus to take you to the slopes.. Robin was most helpful with all her tips on restaurants and local information. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Our recent stay in February 09 found this condo to be just what we needed. The owners answered our many questions quickly and made our decision to stay there an easy one. Located a few minutes from the WP resort we enjoyed some of the best skiing ever on Mary Jane and Winter Park alike. The accommodations are also close to Fraser where we shopped for fair-priced groceries like fresh steaks, exotic cheeses and olives, and live Pacific oysters that exploded with flavor. On the nights we chose not to grille on the balcony, or cook in the large kitchen in the warm view of the fireplace, we enjoyed the short walk to Deno’s for great food and local charisma. Large comfortable couches, radiant-heated floors, and the push-button gas fireplace are just a few of the conveniences that made this place hard to leave, on some days for the mountain, or on the last day, for home.

This was a perfect backdrop for our family Christmas. I would recommend this Condo for any occasion, and we plan to revisit often. The condo is fully equipped, very open and roomy. The location was very easy to hit the slopes and return home each night with all of the upgrades anyone could ask for. We are looking forward to becoming a regular renter as the location and comfort was more than we expected. Thank you Robin and Terry for thinking of everything-someone would need to enjoy their stay.

This is a perfect place to stay and we highly recommend it. Very roomy and bright with plenty of space for people. It has two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. This place is "brand new" with many luxury items including big screen TV, cable, DVD, fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. We hope to spend more time here, as it is a great place to come and relax and enjoy Winter Park.
