My husband is a native of Southern California and I am a true Mainer having grown up in Southern Maine. We reside in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, California with our son and 2 dogs.
Why the Owner Chose Kennebunkport
Our family lives in Kennebunkport and we had a once in a live time opportunity to purchase this special condo 12 years ago.
Being on the water and overlooking Dock Square is priceless! We love the convenience of walking out the door to our favorite restaurants and shops.

We had a nice weekend staying at this condo. The location is great, and the owners were very easy to work with. John and Vicki accommodated our dog, and there were plenty of places for us to go (especially the beach). Kennebunk beach was a short drive. The condo is completely walkable to Kennebunkport and the shops and restaurants.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children.

Wonderful experience, in fabulous condo! Met and exceeded our needs and expectations in every regard. Easy one block walk to village for coffee or casual lunch, great base for excursions to enjoy the foliage and area in a less congested time than we are accustomed to during the summer season. Great buy @ current pricing, will look to book here again in the future. Thanks for the memories!
