Beautiful North Berkeley 2+ BR/2 BA fully furnished home. The house has tons of Berkeley character, a very open feel with skylights, lots of wood and exposed beams, and a redwood hot tub in the backyard. Great for entertaining with large connected kitchen/dining/living room, teak dining table that expands to 7 feet, and 3 different sleeping areas.

There is one very large master bedroom loft currently furnished as office space with 2 work areas, bathroom with tub, high ceilings, skylights, and attached outdoor south facing deck plus a 'hyper loft' with a double bed looking out to the SF Bay and Mt. Tam.

There is a downstairs bed room with queen bed and private bath plus a cute cozy backyard sleeping garden room with another queen size bed. The house as has been recently remodeled with hardwood floors, craftsman lighting and faux wall painting.

Great location: a five minute walk from the North Berkeley BART and the Monterey Market, a 10 minute walk to the Gourmet Ghetto, and a 15-20 minute walk to the UC campus. Rent includes utilities, and wireless DSL. Cleaning fee $150.
