  a wonderfull flat for afamily up to 6 pesons or 3 couples,must have a car !!! lovely view of marseille and the sea. inside everyhing you need for a very comfortable stay very homy you feal like you can stay there for the rest of your life

  I chose this house solely for the view in the pictures and it didn't disappoint us at all. We spend more time eating outside than we do all summer long trying to take in every minute of this - House is well set up - everything you need & once you get a hang of the streets - it was a breeze to find the best bakeries. A word of warning to newbie - take a garmin when you go for a walk the first time! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

  This penthouse has a magnificent view which was worth the drive to Marseille! We ate in much more than we usually do to take advantage of the view - the home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay - shops are within walking distance (bring your garmin - the streets are confusing at first - but once you know your way around the croissants are only a five minute walk! We miss it already!

  If you're staying in Marseille, look no further. This is the home to stay at. LOTS of space, easy secured parking, very large comfortable rooms... and even though this is a beautiful home, what you'll remember when your vacation is over will be the beautiful terrace with it's breathtaking views of the ocean, islands and beautiful sunsets while dinning or sipping your wine..... ahhhhh ...so relaxing to come home after a busy day of "village hopping". FYI, the butcher down the street is awesome! Friendly, fun and makes a great BBQ chicken!

  Une location extraordinaire, une vue tellement splendide que nous avons préféré ne pas sortir pour aller manger. Barbecue sur place, par contre poissons très difficile à trouver.Penser au super U, rue Taddei ou des loups des calanques vous attendent. Appartement au delà de nos espérances, car n'avons jamais trouvé un tel standing dans une location. Un tout grand bravo à Fritz. La vue nous manque déjà...et fait incroyable, aucun bruit de la haut...comme en pleine campagne. Magnifique et mille merci d'avoir pu profiter de cette extraordinaire terrasse.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  My family and I just returned from a week in Marseille, staying in this fantastic property as a base for exploring the region. The room sizes and amenities were all very generous, we spent many evenings cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. I can't say enough about how expansive the terrace is; the view is 270 degrees from the Vieux Port, all the way around to Basilica de Notre Dame behind. Sunsets over the Mediterannean were fantastic to watch with a glass of wine. Thank you again sharing your home with us.

  I scored major points with my family for finding this apartment. The terrace views of the Mediterranean Sea, the city of Marseille and the Notre Dame cathedral on the hill behind us were phenomenal. We spent more than we had planned, but it was worth every euro! The main room of the apartment has expansive glass doors on three sides, so you can also enjoy the view from indoors. The apartment was very clean, very spacious and well furnished. The parking garage space was tight for two cars, but it was great to have. The apartment complex is gated and very secure. There are shops just a short walk away and we enjoyed eating in several nights (the kitchen is fairly large and well equipped) while watching the sun set over the sea. The owners of this property were also very accommodating and easy to work with. I hope to return and would highly recommend staying there. It is a special place.

  Luxuriously spacious apartment, ubeatable views! clean and comfortably equipped, quiet and safe neighbourhood,yet within reasonable walking distance to the city and its beaches, small shops close by. Great value for money. Irma & family

  Just wanted to say how much we loved staying in your amazing penthouse!!! It was truly a wonderful experience and we will certainly recommend it to our friends. It was even MORE beautiful than the photos you sent – and they were great. Wanted to let you know that we walked everywhere – including up and down the hill to get back to the condo. It was a great adventure. The views were spectacular at every hour of the day or night. We were intrigued by Chateau d'If brightly lit at night (of 'The Count of Monte Cristo' fame) on an island just outside of the harbor, so we took the ferry ride to explore it. It was very interesting and we would recommend it. Lots of things to do there - we even took a train ride to Avignon to see the 'Palace of the Popes'. We hope we can return some day to your beautiful and spacious pentouse. Thank you, Leona Wood

  The terrace and location are the selling point. Views of the city yet very very quiet. Located very close to the port. Underground double garage makes parking easy and secure. A bit tight for 2 cars but great for single car. Large lounge and dining out in the terrace was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Not suitable for wheelchair access but otherwise no complaints. Even the neighbours were friendly.
