Your ultimate get-away begins as you step off the plane in Manzanillo. You find yourself a world away from the hassles and busy life back home. As you enter the large gates at the entrance to this beautiful 12 acre property, you are transformed into another world and work and worries seem far away. Perfect for family reunions or large families, wedding parties, seminars, company retreats, deep sea fishing trips or couples romantic get-away.
This beautiful Villa is located on the Juluapan Peninsula, nestled on a hill overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean. Follow the path for beach access to a wonderful swimming cove. Or take a swim in the Villa’s beautiful pool before sitting at the Jacuzzi bar for a refreshing drink.
The main house has magnificent views of the adjoining hillside and Pacific Ocean with its rocky coastline. The main house has five bedrooms and 3 ½ baths with outside access to two separate casitas with their own baths. The pool area also has two bathrooms.
We can accommodate small and large groups up to 12 people. The Villa can be rented exclusively for your group or family.
The master suite with private bath is on the top floor and has a beautiful view. The bathroom, with walls and flooring made of polished granite stone and Conterra stone accents, has a jetted tub and a view of the ocean and grounds. This master suite also has a decorative brick cupola ceiling and two private balconies.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor, joined together with a shared bath and private balcony overlooking the grounds and ocean.
On the bottom floor there is a sitting room with a fold out queen bed, a private bath and a bedroom with a king bed. These two rooms also have a private balcony.
Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. There is Satellite TV, DVD, a stereo system and internet service available in the living room area for your entertainment. Wireless internet is available throughout the complex.
The gourmet kitchen is ready for your culinary skills – or take time off from cooking, we can arrange for a chief to cook one or more of your meals. There is an outside kitchen by the patio area for outdoor grilling and other delights.
Take advantage of the walking paths around the grounds. Enjoy Villa Canterra del Mar’s membership at the private beach club in Club Santiago – where as a guest of the Villa you can enjoy the beach, and the beach club’s pool, restaurant, library and wireless internet service.
If fishing is on your list of things to do, we can arrange for parties of up to 6 for fishing trips out of the famous Las Hadas Marina. Site-seeing tours and rounds of golf are also available as well as private massages at the Villa or in town. All you have to do is ask…..
Price includes weekly maid service.
Optional services such as chief, masseuse, nanny, driver/tour guide, Spanish instructor, etc. are available upon request.
