Beautiful, privately owned single family beachfront home located near the southern tip of Long Beach Island. Emaculate, spacious and homey, beachfront paradise!
Our home is perfect for 2 small families, or generations of families. The second floor has the master bedroom suite and a kids room, complete with daybed and bunk beds. The first floor has the living room, kitchen/dining area and 2 more bedrooms.
Holgate is home to the state's most beautiful, shell filled beaches and we are a 2 minute car ride from Beach Haven where you will find shopping, restaurants, mini golf, a small amusement park, arcade, etc.
The island is very narrow at our address, across the street is one block to the bay. Beautiful sunsets, ocean front views, the best of the best!
