The house is located in Summit County, approximately 1-1/2 hours west of Denver off Interstate 70. It is located in a golf course development and is within a 15-minute drive to four ski resorts. Downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, hunting, fly fishing and snow mobiles are available in the winter. Summer activities include sailing, fishing, hiking, bicycling, golfing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning and white water rafting.
