Our family house is a charming cottage in a residence with shops, common pool, tennis courts , kid games, all only for resident of the property.Free access for sport items
The location is peaceful, with a private enclose courtyard wooden tilled exposure west , sunny with an outside lunch place with BBQ.
The house is 10kms from saint gilles croix de vie, where you can take the boat to Yeu island,Les sables d'olonne is 20 kms from the house.One hour from Nantes.
3 bedrooms, one with double bed, a second one with a queen size bed and the children's bedroom for 3. The open fitted kitchen is directly opening onto the courtyard.
We tastefully renovated in 2008 , as we also enjoy to stay there. The best is cycling all along the coast there are cycling ways to every where. Come and breeze this incomparable smell of the Atlantic sea.
The famous puy du fou is one hour from the house , attraction parc and incredible show with the lights of the night around the castle.

Year Purchased: 2008
Brétignolles was my father's choise place for holliday home, I have been there for over 30 years, the house is now mine and I renewed it last winter, summer 2011, will be the third year on rental market.I live in Provence and very busy in summer, I only go to Brétignolles in automn and spring.
The house is well fitted, it stays at first my own house, where I enjoy going to.
I walk along the sea on special foot ways organised in this area.It is a real pleasure to see the ocean different each hour of the day.There is a famous surf spot nearby and yearly international competiton at La sauzaie

Very healthy atmosphere, perfect for kids , this residence has a lot of activities , the youth have a meeting point at the pool house, very low speed for the cars in the residence, some little fooding shop on foot distance, shell and fish sale on the sea front
