This is a huge corner unit that has 50 feet of direct oceanfront and a huge oceanfront balcony and then extends along the entire side of the building from front to back, with waterfront views of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway from every window. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves, ready for a day of relaxation or fun in the sun! Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony in the warm sunshine or a romantic evening in the glow of the moon off the sparkling water. Listen to the waves as they rock you to sleep at night.
This is your home away from home with professionally decorated tropical upscale furnishings that are comfortable and inviting to relax on. The master suite is direct oceanfront with sliding doors out to the balcony and a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a big corner Jacuzzi tub. The vanity has dual sinks and a granite countertop. The living room and dining room are also direct oceanfront with sliding doors out to the balcony that has a dining table & chairs for your own private beachside dining. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa and a 42" plasma TV. and DVD player, we even provide DVDs to watch! The 2nd master suite has a queen bed and bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds & bathroom, both have a beautiful ocean view and also a view of the river and the sunset. The full kitchen has granite countertops, brand new upscale appliances, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware and pots & pans. All linens are included with high thread count luxurious sheets and towels and a full size washer & dryer are inside the condo as well.
We also provide high speed wireless internet inside the condo, everything that you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, floats, boogie boards, etc., and secure parking in our gated parking garage, ALL included at no extra charge!
The resort has lots to do with 2 oceanfront heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis, a pool table and state-of-the-art fitness center. Use our private beach access to go right down to the beach from our gated deck. Relax in the oceanfront clubroom with a drink overlooking the ocean while the kids play pool. Resort is pet friendly and we welcome your small dog with an extra pet deposit.
We have 2 identical 3 bed/3 bath condos to choose from, one on the 7th floor and one on the 11th floor. We also have 2 other 2 bed/2 bath condos in the same condominium resort as well. Plan your family reunion for the holidays, Spring Break or this summer and all stay in the same resort together for great fun!

We were so excited to be going to Dayton Beach on vacation. We looked on the internet for available condos. We found a GREAT one!!! It was better than expected!!! It was conveniently located near EVERYTHING!! Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, fun activities, and 2 very convenient beach ramps. The condo was so clean and very well furnished with anything you may need during your stay. We were even lucky enough to see the space shuttle from our balcony!! We look forward to going back next year and hopefully staying in the same condo.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My parents, myself, my husband, and our two children stayed in this condo Sept 2010. We rent a condo every summer/fall and this is by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. It is in a quiet area of the beach. The beds were great and the furnishings were beautiful and clean. The kitchen had everything a person could want.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
