On the beach -- directly across from the entry to Marina area. Jon was most helpful. Area is very safe. Concierge (Thomas) is wonderful and gated community has a private coded elevator to the condo. Open floor plan with great views of Bandera’s Bay or the Marina. Also balcony views and ocean breeze - never needed AC. The pool is huge with a swim up bar and is breathtaking. The fitness center is also clean and well-equipped. Loved my time there and great value -- would definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I spent one month in Puerto Vallarta at Shangra La. It was amazing. The place is beautiful and the people couldn't have been nicer. Each building has their own concierge and our Tomas was the best. Jon was a pleasure to deal with. He always answered my questions very promptly. I never had any doubt about coming here.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

The condo has a great open floor plan. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom is very nice. Great views from the balconies. The pool is huge. One section is heated and every vantage point is breathtaking. The fitness center is also clean and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and attentive. Small menu, but clean simple flavors. The location is very convenient as well. Only a few minutes from the airport and across the street from the marina with spas, restaurants and a number of restaurant options. Loved my time there and will definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
