  My family loved this house. We loved all the room we had. We had the extra attached unit for the extra room. It was very comfortable. Loved the carolina room for nightime games. It was so close to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything. Also the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. I definately would recommend this place to anyone coming on a family vacation. Lori was great to deal with on the property.

  We loved staying at "The Avenues". The location was perfect, only a short stroll to the beach and directly at a public access. The backyard provided a wonderful vacation for our two dogs who are city dwellers and are not use to being off leash. The new grill was awesome! My 78 year old grandmother spent the entire week in the sunroom. Lori was great at answering all of my questions very quickly which was very helpful for me since this was the first time we had rented a house instead of a condo. We are already planning our trip next year and will certainly stay here again! Thanks Lori!!

  I stayed here from December 14 - 17, 2011. The house is in a PERFECT location. Far enough away from the "strip" hotels and congestion, but close enough to get to those areas if you want to. It's a simple 1 minute walk to the beach, with a great view of the ocean from the front yard under the tree lined street. It's a very nice neighborhood and setting. The house is very nice and spacious. And the fenced back yard is huge. Perfect for my dog. Lori was also very helpful with all areas from being patient with my planning of dates to visit, to making sure I had the wireless code for internet access once I was there. Thanks for a great house and all the help!

  My family just spent Christmas vacation in this rental home. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was clean and quite comfortable. The rooms were nice and big as well. The location is absolutely perfect. I would certainly recommend this home to future vacationers to Myrtle Beach. It was great!
