This is as good as it gets in Breckenridge. Single-family home with over 3,000 square feet and a garage. The location is perfect -- in the middle of all of the in-town action -- but steps (approximately 50 yards) from the Breck Connect Gondola providing Gondola-In/Out convenience. Amenities include a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with professional gas range and built-in refrigerator, bar with wine cooler, private hot-tub with picturesque views of the mountain, flat-panel HDTVs, wireless internet, winter accessory oven/dryer, heated floors, and high-thread-count bed and bath linens.
Kitchen - As you enter the doors into this luxury property, you'll see the amazing kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. It has views of the mountain and gondola.Top quality cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, Wolf Professional Gas Range, Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator, and professional quality cookware and chefs tools make this kitchen one of the nicest in all of Breckenridge. Very expansive, multiple people can be helping to prepare a meal at the same time without getting in each other's way.
Living Room - Decked out with a comfy leather down-filled sofa by Pottery Barn, luxurious fur throw, and a nice warm gas log fireplace, guests can relax in the Living Room and still be close enough to interact with friends and family in the Kitchen and Dining Room. The large windows provide an excellent view of the Summit Express Gondola and skiers departing up to Peak 8.
Dining Area - The dining area is open to the living room, so you can continue to enjoy the spectacular view as you dine. This solid wood table and suede chairs are regal enough for a board meeting, but comfortable enough for the family to enjoy Christmas Dinner together. It seats eight and provides plenty of space for that turkey dinner.
Bar Area - What is more convenient than a wet bar? If you enjoy entertaining, you'll enjoy this luxury amenity. With a little creativity, concoct cosmos and martinis, or, think simple and serve a selection of wine that you have chilled in the wine cooler. The mini-sink allows for easy clean up, and the built-in slide-out drawer refrigerators allow you to store your favorite beverages closer to the Family Room.
Family Room - Decked out with a pool table, bar seating, huge flat-screen HDTV, and a nice warm gas log fireplace. Lots of space for your entire group to celebrate your times in the mountains.
Master Bedroom - If you are traveling with friends, make sure to stake your claim on the master bedroom! This room is pure indulgence. It enjoys the upper floor almost entirely to itself. The king size canopy bed by Pottery Barn and W Hotel Pillow-Top Mattress is outfitted in high end bedding by Ralph Lauren that will tempt you to sleep-in instead of hitting Breckenridge for first tracks. For a romantic evening you'll enjoy the third gas fireplace in the home situated in the corner of the room right by expansive windows with views of all of the Breckenridge Peaks. Also, don't forget the best part, the Master Bedroom has a separate entrance to the hot-tub area. This room is is a reminder of just how cozy it is throughout the whole home. The five piece master bath is your own private spa with elegant glass and slate tile throughout! The walk-in shower is pure heaven with its multiple shower heads. There are two sinks separated by the shower and tub, so each of you will have plenty of space to get ready for a night out. The spacious walk in closet with built-in cherry shelving allows you to spread out all of your ski gear and bulky winter sweaters so nothing is in your way.
2nd Master Bedroom - The second master suite is nearly as opulent as the first. The queen size bed frame is a distressed wood with the look of modern mountain comfort by Pottery Barn. High-end bedding by Ralph Lauren provides comfort that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. A walk-in closet provides plenty of closet space, you will not feel as though you are living out of your luggage. The connected bathroom is also adorned with beautiful tile work.
3rd Bedroom - This room is decorated in a Vincent VanGogh theme with a sleigh bed by Pottery Barn and bedding in shades of indigo. The plush queen bed features the same amenities found in the other two bedrooms. The attached bathroom is equipped with a shower and single sink.
Loft - The loft features great views of the town of Breckenridge and also serves as a fourth bedroom with a twin bunk-bed and trundle.
Hot-Tub - Right off of the master bedroom and loft is the balcony that is equipped with a gas grill, large private hot-tub, and exterior speakers. Imagine heading back to your home for a lunch of grilled Ribeye rather than having stale, over-priced pizza at the lodge. What a warm private place to relax those tight muscles and indulge your senses with picturesque views of the mountain and your favorite tunes after a day on the slopes!
Laundry Room - This unit has it's own laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer and winter accessory dryer/oven. It is nice to know all of your gear will be warm and dry before you head back out!

Out my front door is everything Main Street Breckenridge has to offer -- Restaurants, Bars, Stores. Out my back door the Breck Connect gondola is steps away. I love being at my place because I generally don't use my SUV from the time I park it in the garage.
