Our home is located just outside of Bullhead City in quiet Fort Mohave,AZ. We are only 15 minutes from Laughlin, NV or Needles, CA. Shopping, gas, fast food and groceries are all within a 1/2 mile from the house. Avi Hotel and Casino is only a 5 minute drive away where you will find dining, gambling, shopping, jet ski rentals and a boat launch area.
We take pride in our summer home and make a point of keeping it well maintained. We have extra gated parking available on the side of the house that can accommodate a boat, trailer or small RV (35-40ft approx ). Pets are OK as long as they are of the smaller variety :)This is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. You will definitely enjoy your time here!!!!

This was our third year staying at this house, and if permits, we will be back again and again. It is better than the pictures display. So comfortable, clean, very well maintained, and just a wonderful place to stay for a vacation. The owner is very easy to work with, and very friendly and helpful. Great location and in a very nice neighborhood. Off the beaten path yet so close to all of your needs and fun places to visit. 15 - 20 minutes to Laughlin, 5 minutes to the Avi Casino, within 5 minutes to a grocery store, gas station, 15 -20 minutes to Oatman, and within 10 minutes to major stores such as Target, Kohls, and Walmart, what more do you want? A great deal and it is so nice to be able to bring our pets with us.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were fortunate to get the dates we wanted last summer and our entire stay was absolutely GREAT! We stayed with our kids who are young adults and teens and we were all very comfortable. The house is VERY clean! We enjoyed the bbq patio and misters after a long hot day on the water. The house is in a nice neighborhood, very close to grocery stores, fast food, etc. The owner was the absolute best to work with and the fees are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend to my own family and friends. We would do this again in a heartbeat!

We could not have been more satisfied with our stay at this house. This was our first time at renting a vacation home and we loved it. Complete privacy, no one making noise above, below or right next door as you get in motels. The house was just what the pictures portrayed(better actually). Since we were there in the hottest part of the summer, we especially enjoyed the misting system on the patio and of course the air conditioner worked great. We drank our coffee every morning out on the patio as well. We loved it, we would go back in a heartbeat and we have been telling everyone who will listen about this place. The owner was just great to work with, which is another reason we would return here. If you want a wonderful place to stay and it is available, take it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our March 2010 stay in this lovely home. Everything was properly maintained, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the new patio and grill. The location is ideal. . . close to shopping, recreation and restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay in this lovely, clean, and well equipped home. It is conveniently located to casinos, stores, and local day trips. The safe and quiet neighborhood is conducive to great walking for exercise. The homeowner was very professional to deal with.

What a wonderful place to stay at. It is quite a change from staying at a hotel when we visit relatives in the area. Clean, nice size, comfortable, nice neighborhood. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to everything that you need. Quiet area to stay in....AHHHH relaxing!! Very nice and friendly owners also!

What a wonderful home to stay in after a day of river play, sight seeing or casino hopping. It's clean, comfortable and close to shopping and in a tranquil neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this!
