Come stay on Fripp Island, one of the most peaceful and beautiful islands left on the East coast. Our condominium is located in the Beach Club Villas, right in the center of the island.
The Villas are located near the tennis courts and across the street from the Beach Club pools and restaurants and the Atlantic Ocean. Fripp Island also has a marina and two golf courses. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation and are available to rent. Also available to rent on Fripp are boats, bikes and scooters.
Beach Club Villa #162 is a second floor villa, three years on the rental market. It has all new linens throughout and a new bunk bed with new twin mattresses in one bedroom along with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV with DVD player, private bath with shower.
The corner screened porch is the place to be with new furniture and the best view of the canal, marsh and sunset. Back stairs off of the porch lead to the community dock which is perfect for fishing or crabbing.
The bright kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your cooking. The den has large comfortable furniture, a large tv on a corner stand and a stereo system with Ipod hook up. Since this villa is an end unit, both the den and kitchen have large windows with great views up the canal.
We also have a breakfast table that seats four. You will find this is one of the nicest Beach Club Villas on the rental market and an extremely comfortable place to spend your vacation.
Fripp Island has most everything a coastal vacationer would crave. Also, Beaufort makes a great day trip, only 25 minutes away. We recently stayed at this condo while attending a destination wedding. Location was fabulous, near tennis courts, pool, beach club, dining, etc. Furnishings were extremely nice, had everything we needed! Highly recommend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Just stayed in the condo for two weeks and everything was perfect. This condo is right across from the beach, pool and a fun bar to go to at night. The condo had everything we needed and was decorated to perfection. Loved sitting on the screen porch to watch the sunset! Calling to plan a girls trip next! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!!
