Our home is a 2 story floathome, attached to the dock you don't ever feel the float......It is the perfect place to stay with your own boat, as you can park your boat in our boat garage attached. We have a paddle boat and a canoe for you to use around the dock area and you can swim off our dock, right out the front door.
We can sleep up to eight with 2 in the queen bedroom, 2 in the double bed on the sun porch, 2 on the first floor in twin beds and with 2 on airbeds provided.
Our kitchen has all you need and though compact, you can serve on the counter in front or on the table on the sun porch. We have a lovely view of the lake beyond our dock area and the beautiful mountains at Pend Orielle's shores.
You are in the deepest bay with the freshest water and have access from this bay to miles and miles of coves, bays, and shoreline.
Come bring your fishing pole, your beach toys and use our boats and life jackets.... just bring your suits and a book and relax. Stay a week or a month and never want to go home!!

This float house was perfect for our stay! It was a very short drive to Silverwood, and we could relax on the lake when we weren't at the park. There were six of us in all (2 adults & 4 teens), and we fit comfortably. I should note that the cell service isn't great, but when you're on vacation, who cares?! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

What a lovely spot to come back to after a long, hot day at Silverwood amusement park. The kids were able to jump right into the water and had a blast taking out the paddle boat and floating on the tubes we brought with us. For families with kids that plan on going to the park, I don't think that there is a closer spot to stay (unless you pitch a tent in Silverwood's campground but that wasn't my idea of fun after a day of crowds) The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the sleeping areas were comfortable. Note to owners: the bbq never did get truly hot and we ended up with more of a slow baked steak. For those without kids who will not be going to Silverwood: The little town of Bayview looked to be a fun spot to walk down to and have a drink and the house would accomodate a few couples comfortably. Being right on the water really can't be over rated! It was so relaxing that this was the first time I started (and finished) a book on a 3 day weekend! I would recommend this house to my friends and would certainly stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
