We designed the Hollywood Pensione for the purpose of giving our guests accommodations in Los Angeles which combine the luxury and amenities of a high-end hotel with the comfort and conveniences of home.

The Pensione has a private entrance which leads to the second floor of a restored 1915 Craftsman home. It's a traditional four square, which means that there are four large size rooms in each corner of the house. This way everyone feels a sense of privacy. Out of the four rooms, three are guestrooms with private bathrooms and the fourth is a common room/lounge with a balcony that overlooks the backyard. There is also a guest kitchen (with individual refrigerators) and laundry on the second floor.

The Pensione is a "green hotel", which means that we have taken strides in water and energy conservation as well as creating a "pure room" with silent air purifiers (meaning everything from the paint to the mattresses are non-toxic.) This is especially good for anyone with allergies.

We've tried to create a peaceful refuge in the heart of Hollywood. We are located in what is considered the foothills area near Beachwood Canyon, below the famous Hollywood sign. It's a great neighborhood, walking distance to cafes, grocery stores, boutique shops, and Griffith Park. The subway is a few bocks away.
