This unique studio is a quarter mile from Old Town Park City at the entrance to Deer Valley. It is located above a garage and detached from a single family home with it's own private entrance. Approximately 400 square feet, it is open and sunny. It is furnished with a queen bed, a double sofa bed and a small convenience kitchen. The unit is ideal for a couple, however it works for both adults as well as a small family.
The location is superb, with an easy walk to Old Town Park City and the bus stop is a hundred feet away if you prefer to ride. The base of Deer Valley Ski Resort is a half a mile up the road and Park City Mountain Resort as well as The Canyons are all easily assessable by bus or car.
If convenience, privacy and tranquility are what you are looking for you can't beat the location and comfort of this property.
