Vacation in our beautiful mountain townhome! Our luxurious home is located in quaint Bear Hollow Village & offers all the comforts you deserve during your precious time away from home. Nestled at the base of Olympic Park, this award-winning community is perfectly situated, close to skiing/boarding, shopping, restaurants, & tons of outdoor activities. Our home is just minutes away from 3 major resorts (2 miles to The Canyons, 5 miles to Park City Mountain, & 7 miles to Deer Valley) as well as endless dining & shopping in rustic downtown Park City, newly built Redstone Plaza, & trendy Tangers Outlet. Park City’s free Bus Service is an easy way to get around (runs every 30 minutes, from 8:00 am-11:00 pm). For the more adventurous vacationer, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, & several cross-country areas are within a 45–minute drive. If it’s warm weather fun you seek, try our spectacular hiking & biking trails, nature preserves, golf, lakes, & other action adventures.

We also have a new crib just to make sure the little one is safe. With all new furniture, tasteful & contemporary, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place for family & friends. The dining room overlooks the living space below & includes a large dining table, with extra leaves & chairs for guests. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the Sony 46 inch HDTV and DVD above the fireplace, or sit in the private Jacuzzi on the back deck & look out at the amazing ski jumps of Olympic Park. It's one of the most perfect views of the Park you will see.
Upstairs offers 4 bedrooms including a master suite with king size bed, finished walk-in closet, & more great views of Olympic Park. 3 remaining rooms offer another king size bed, Queen bedroom, and a twin-size bunk beds. Views of the mountains & Swanner Preserve are seen from the front of the home. Finally, the lower level offers another den/bedroom suite with queen size bed, TV / entertainment area, & attached bath w/shower. The 2-car garage, upstairs laundry, built in humidifiers, vaulted ceilings, can lighting, dimmers in all rooms, multiple ceiling fans, & high-end finishes make this mountain home truly spectacular.
Nearby, you will find the Village Park & Bear Hollow Clubhouse. The Clubhouse includes an exercise room, Plasma TV, fireplace, 2 computers with High-Speed Wireless Internet Access,
printer, kitchen, locker rooms, & a community pool with hot tub. The Clubhouse offers a great place for kids to spend some time & a convenient place to print boarding passes, etc.
