This historic, fully renovated cottage is the perfect getaway for your family and friends. It is located at the end of a private road with 8 wooded acres to enjoy. With over 5,000 square feet, the house has spacious areas for gathering both inside and out.
The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and is equipped for cooking, the dining room seats a crowd, and the large fireplace in the living room is a great place to gather in the evenings. The library offers another hideaway. You will want to spend most of your time outside, however, enjoying what has been called "the best view in Door County" from the large stone patio with gas grill and lots of seating.
The kids will have fun exploring in the woods and playing games in the yard.
There is a first floor bedroom (full and 2 twins) and bathroom, second floor master bedroom (king) and bathroom, guest bedroom with a queen bed, bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and "kids" room (full and 2 twins) with 1/2 bath.
You can walk to town to enjoy water sports, shopping, restaurants, or an ice cream cone from Wilson's. Ephraim is conveniently located close to everything Door County has to offer. You will never want to leave!
