Please come be our guest at our Villa in the Oakland Hills. Our home is located in Upper Rockridge, known for its spectacular views. The apartment is spacious and set up for entertaining - it is a flexible space and you have the option to rent it with the pool table or have us remove it for more space.
We know you will enjoy our beautiful gardens. Relax in our Garden Grotto with a glass of wine or entertain on the patio - enjoy the barbeque or put a log on the fire pit - this is the place to relax.
You will enjoy views of the Golden Gate Bridge and will love taking walks in our wonderful neighborhood. You can walk to the Rockridge BART Station in about 10 minutes and be in San Francisco in less than 20 minutes - no need to rent a car here.
The Rockridge neighborhood is also renowned for its restaurants and boutiques. Or, take BART over the University of California in Berkeley and enjoy concerts, museums, and more wonderful restaurants and shops.

Why the Owner Chose Oakland
The apartment is on the bottom floor of our 3 story home in the Oakland Hills. It has a it's own entrance and address. One of the reasons we bought our home was because of the seperate apartment. Also, we have great views of the bay, golden gate bridge and the city. We are in a great location to visit Berkeley, the City, and Sonoma and Napa.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
Location, location, location.....you can walk from the house to BART. You can be in the city in 20 minutes. You can walk to great shops and restaurants. You have a great patio to entertain on and the apartment is comfortable and cute.
Take a great walk up and around Temescal park and lake. In the summer the beach is open and there is a lifeguard on duty.
There are charming shops and world class dining on College Ave. Don't miss breakfast at the Rockridge Cafe!

Hello, I'm Grace and I would welcome you as a guest at our Villa Apartment in the Oakland Hills. We are within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The gardens at our Villa are very nice and you can have a BBQ and party on our lovely patio. We have extra tables and chairs for you to entertain with. I rented this studio to host some of my friends who were visiting us this summer. They really liked it, everything is new, clean and its is perfectly located. The owners are really nice too, I highly recommend this place!
