If you are looking for 5-star quality, look no further-this villa has it all! This beautifully decorated two-story end unit is a townhome that is filled with light from new cottage-style windows on three sides with subtropical views and a skylight above the open staircase. This spacious villa has lots of privacy as there are no units above, below, nor on all three sides. There is plenty of parking available just a few steps away from the unit.
You can enjoy the private rear patio with its trees draped in Spanish moss, a new gas grill, a table for dining and a golf course view of Brigantine golf course. This pristine villa is equipped with free wireless internet and all flat-screen TV's.
On the first floor is the great room with beautiful travertine tile throughout and the TV has high definition channels with a DVR/DVD. Adjacent to the great room is a half bath. Also on the first floor is the well-equipped villa kitchen which has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances.
Both bedrooms are upstairs and they each have en suite baths. The spacious master suite has a new king size mattress and the 2nd guest room has a queen size bed. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located to the bedrooms. Housekeeping provides a one-time set up of linens and towels.
Evian offers a French country setting in the Shipyard Plantation with tree-lined streets and spacious natural grounds with beautiful, lush gardens, a private pool, tennis courts and freshwater lagoons for fishing.
Shipyard offers three golf courses and more than 12 miles of biking and jogging trails. Shipyard's Beach Club is just a short bike ride away and offers private beach access to the Atlantic beach with reserved parking for resort residents and guests. Also just a short bike ride away is a 5-acre lake for fishing, the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Academy and the world class Sonesta resort.

We love this rental unit. This is the third time that we have stayed here. Each time gets better than the last. The owners keep the villa immaculate. We stayed here over Thanksgiving and I was able to cook and bake for two days straight without being in need of anything. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners are wonderful people and are so accommodating. They knew we had small children and they added some small touches that the children adored (stool for the sink, cute plastic ware and cups for the kids). This is a perfect location for beach, biking and golfing. Thanks for making our holiday so pleasant and memorable. We look forward to our next stay in 2013.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

102 Evian is a beautiful condo. It is one of the nicest ones we have stayed in - very comfortable furniture, super clean, well supplied with everything you could need, and owners that are wonderful to work with. We have stayed in 102 three times and will definitely rent it again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from a wonderful week staying in 102 Evian and have to say it is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. This is the third time we have stayed in this condo. It is extremely clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and the owners are very easy to work with. It is a great condo for a family or for two couples as there is plenty of room! The only bad part is that we had to return home! We will definitely return again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Evian townhome listed here exceeded all of our expectations. The professionaly applied decor is bright and cheery, the rooms are very well appointed, and the patio a peaceful oasis. There is loads of closet space, and the kitchen has everything one would need. Everything was clean and in working order. The property is extremely well managed by people who understand the value of effective communication. Based on our experience, we would definitely rent this unit again (and so would the other 45 entries in the guestbook), and strongly recommend it to anyone interested in high end accomodations at a reasonable cost.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

About the owner: We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia, not far from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. We enjoy the mountains, but we equally enjoy the coast.
Why the Owner Chose Evian:
After visiting Hilton Head Island several times, we enjoyed our visits so much that we decided to purchase a second home/future retirement home. After looking at many possibilities, we were shown Evian Way, Shipyard. We knew we didn't have to look any further. The tree-lined streets, lake and golf course views were just gorgeous. 102 Evian was the nicest villa of all the properties we looked at. It was updated with travertine tile, granite countertops and stainless appliances. We loved the decor. The villa had lots of natural light coming from the skylight over the staircase and plenty of fabulous views from the windows. We also loved the golf course view from the patio and the woods surrounding the unit. The beach was within walking distance where dolphins can be spotted in the ocean. It looked like vacation paradise to us. Until we make this our full time retirement home, please come and enjoy it with us. Karl and Brenda Mason
