Everything about this villa makes you feel special. This townhouse is one of only four, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouses in Evian that is an end unit. That means no one on top of you, below you or on the right side of you giving you the feeling you are in a private home. Our Villa has all new state of the art flat screen TVs and video equipment, including free wireless.The Marino Villa is located in the English village setting of Evian. Evian has it's own private pool and tennis courts set around beautiful, lush gardens and a private fishing lake. Shipyard's private Beach Club is just a short bike ride away as is the Vandermeer tennis facility, and the world class Crown Plaza Resort. Shipyard's Plantation Amenities include private access to the Atlantic beach with reserved parking for the resort’s residents and guests. Also enjoy the 12 miles of biking and jogging trails, fishing in the freshwater lagoons, golf and tennis. Please note our weekend and winter rates.

This is was our 10th year to vacation on HHI. Each year we have stayed in Evian. This villa is the best by far. The villa is wonderfully decorated. The pictures on the site do not do justice for how nice this unit is. I would recommend this unit and am hopeful that we will be able to stay here for years to come. This villa is definately 5 Star !!!

We loved our first 3 months of retirement on Hilton Head at your beautiful condo. Terry and Jeanie (property managers) were wonderful and were quick to respond to problems, questions, passes etc.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. We have bee to Hilton Head at least 15 times before and your condo is definitely the nicest one we have stayed in. It is even nicer than the pictures on line show.

You've done an excellent job with the renovation/ decor...Thanks for your timely responses to our email questions. Jeanie has been extremely helpful - welcoming and available. This is the very first time in 15 years of visiting HHI that we have entered a cool villa on a warm/ summer day. We didn't have to clean toe back patio! Electronics are so nice- hope to return to your villa soon.

What an amazing and relaxing week we have enjoyed in your beautiful villa. It is beautifully decorated and equipped beyond imagination. We felt like we were moving into home! We have been vacationing in HHI for so many years (starting with our honeymoon 26 years ago!) and this is certainly been one of our most enjoyable. We will certainly recommend your place to family and friends and loook forward to returning again soon!

Thank you for one of our most enjoyable visits to HHI. This villa is absolutely beautiful, extremely well equipped, quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. Our stay was a perfect way to end one year and start another. Without question we would come back and stay in this villa. Jeanie (property manager) was professional, courteous and accomodating.
