This home is located in a residential area approximately 4 blocks from the beach. Most of the neighbors are full time residents of Windy Hill.
The home contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with cable TVs in each. The third bedroom contains a set of bunk beds suitable for children. The living room consists of a sleeper sofa. All furniture in the home is in new condition.
The cottage was remodeled 2 years ago so it shows very well. It has hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen contains all new appliances with solid surface tops.
A golf cart is also available at the home at an additional price.

Outstanding Rental for the Price - Close to Ocean - Easy Access - Close to Attractions/Restaurants

We and our two dogs have enjoyed this clean and comfortable residence during the winter months for the for the past few years. The place is just wonderful. Always clean with floors that are very conducive to pets. The entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has simulated wood floors that are easy to clean. There is a nice yard in the back for the dogs to investigate. There is plenty of parking and the beach is a short 4 block walk. There is also a nice sized golf cart that can be used to ferry friends and family to and from the beach or even restaurants that are very close by. The owners are very friendly folks and anxious to ensure your stay is a good one. The furniture is in good condition and the beds are comfortable. You'll find the place to be delightful and I guarantee your pooch will love it.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.
