"Les Trois Roses" is a luxury three bedroom penthouse apartment, situated in St Laurent du Var, only 10 minutes by car from the beach and Nice airport. This elegant residence offers both a swimming pool, and a tennis court. The 360 degree view from the top floor terrace is fantastic - you can see from the blue Mediterranean to the often snow clad maritime Alps. All along the apartment, there is another terrace, so you can choose between sun or shade all day long. Have breakfast accompanied by the rising sun - or see the sun set behind the mountains while you sip on the evening apéritif!
The apartment is very bright and luminous - light comes in from three sides - and elegantly decorated. It features stone floors, and big bay windows. The living rooms is furnished with two sofas (one of them sleeping two). There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player, as well as a stereo system. A generous dining table offers seating for 8 in the other end of the room, next to the kitchen. All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen size beds (160 x 200 cm). The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. There is also a shower room (outside one of the other bedrooms) and a separate guest wc.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with anything you could wish for. Glass doors open to the terrace and the breakfast table. There is parking available, and a very good supermarket just across the street!
