This unit is exquisite. I have never rented a place so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and so well equipped. Also, I realized my bathroom floor was warm, one more wonderful thing. I see the eye and hand of a very talented and thoughtful person here. This is a huge contrast to the VRBO unit we rented in Park City last week. 'Thank you for a wonderful stay! This has been a true home from home. We love the house! We thought the location ideal, only 11 minutes with bus to Vail Village and the lift, and even better still, a great equipped Grocery Stores only 2 minutes walk away. After a hard day of skiing, it has been so lovely and cosy returning home and putting our feet up. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and taking advantage of the great DVD collection. The owner has a great eye for detail and we haven't lacked a thing! Location: Pine Ridge Town homes, West Vail, behind/on the street above the West Vail Mall. 1 mile, 1 Freeway Exit or 11 minutes on the Free ‘Town of Vail’ bus to the center of Vail Village, Vail Mountain, Lionshead and the Gondola so you don’t need a car! The Free ‘Town of Vail’ bus comes every 20 minutes and the bus stop is just to the right of the front door and a flat 30 yard walk from the drive way. Just to the left of the front door are stairs leading to the West Vail Mall, two minutes to: 2 Grocery stores, Bank and ATMs, 7-11, 2 Liquor stores, Local bars and Restaurants including: American, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Pizza, Soup and salad, Sandwiches, fast food restaurants, Sports bar and the best ‘brunch joint’ In the whole valley : ) Video and DVD rentals, Sporting goods store, Hardware store, Dry cleaners, Barbershop, and much more.

1150 sq/ft with high ceilings, 2 stories’ with ground level entry and parking at the front door. Ground level: Open floor plan, hardwood floors, and wood burning fireplace, half bath and a brand new fully stocked gourmet kitchen with sub-floor heating and the finest finishes. Up stairs: No one above you! Full size washer and dryer between 2 bedrooms. On-suite master with queen bed. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bunk-bed with a privet bath. There is sub-floor heating in both bathrooms.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY'S (exceptions may apply)
Generally during the 'high season' we have a 5 night minimum stay until 10 days out or on 'last minute' bookings.
We offer the BEST PRICE on those that can 'fill holes' in the booking schedule.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS and SECURITY DEPOSITS
Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival:Total rental costs are due upon booking Reservations made more than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total rental cost due at booking to hold dates and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
*There is always a security deposit of $500 ($1000 for extended stays) to cover damage and/or 'lost' Items. It is immediately returned at the finish of house cleaning and inventory and within 10 days after departure.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS (exceptions may apply)
A handling fee may be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival unless the home can be re-booked for the same or more amount of days. Holiday dates are handled differently, please ask for details. 100% of rental funds received are nonrefundable on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Housekeeping Service will incur an $95 charge and $180 for extended stays.
