Just one mile down the Access Road on Sugarbush Mountain, this large, passive solar Southface villa offers views of the mountains and rolling hills through the spectacular windows framing it's contemporary scandinavian design.
These villas are unique in that they were thoughtfully designed to blend with their surroundings. Ours was completely gutted and remodeled in 2007 - so it is now like new. All three of the bedrooms have private baths and boast lovely views of the ski mountain and birch groves surrounding Southface. The newly remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, all new glassware/plates as well as a new gas stove/oven, new dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer .
Southface is located directly off the Mountain Road so you have the option of taking the ski shuttle or driving to the base. Southface also has it's own tennis courts and heated outdoor pool just a short walk through the orchard from our unit. Golf, kayaking, the Sugarbush Resort Health Club and restaurants are a short distance away.
You can go sledding, cross country skiing & snowshoeing right from your front door.
