We rented this wonderful home for our annual Thanksgiving Family Getaway in the mountains. We have been coming to No Conway for many years and are thrilled to have found this great, sprawling house to accomodate our children and grandchildren comfortably. The photos and detailed description on this website are accurate. However, this property is even more lovely and comfortable than photos can show. We LOVED this house. The location is great; a short 1.5 mi walk to downtown No Conway. During our stay, a storm came thru and dropped one foot of snow in the area....a beautiful backdrop to the start of the holidays. Our grandchildren had a ball in the snow...up & down the hills on the sleds we found in the 2 car garage. The owner, Amanda, thought of everything a family could need.....We will be back in 2012.......

We just got back from a great weekend at this house. We had 4 couples and kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everyone raved at how perfect the house was for entertaining. We enjoyed simply sitting in the great room, enjoying the fireplace and views. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy, as there was seemingly no utensil or gadget missing and there was plenty of room for people to hang out with the cooks. The double ovens and built in griddle on the cook top were bonuses. The basement rec room was the hit of the weekend, the 9 ball games seemed to never cease. The bar is well laid out, and is easily the best in home bar I’ve seen. Everything was as shown in the listing; to say the entire experience went smoothly would be an understatement. Amanda was very prompt and thorough with responses to questions, and had all of the bases covered in her communications with me. I will admit to being apprehensive about renting a house from a “stranger” but all my apprehension is gone after working with Amanda. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone who asks. We were all so thrilled with the house and enjoyed every minute of our family getaway which included 6 adults! Amanda was so organized with the set-up information and provided for assistance when needed through a property manager. The house was just beautiful and was a 5 minute drive from the center of North Conway and even closer to Cranmore. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pool table, which was in great condition, was the highlight of our in-home entertainment! The evenings were the best part of our time spent there as we fully enjoyed the home’s amenities: grilling outdoors, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and relaxing in the den for pool, TV, and drinks! Spectacular!!

I rented this beautiful home for my entire extended family for a great week in August. We could not have found a more perfect home that was so well suited for us. Amanda has provided Everything you could need. The location was perfect, so close to everything. I would not only highly recommend this rental but we cant wait to plan our next vacation there. I rented this home on 5/20/11 for myself, extended family and friends. The ages ranged from 7 rs old up to 61. The home was very spacious and allowed everyone to have privacy when desired. The fact that there is 4 full bathrooms helped with everyone trying to get ready at the same time.The pool table / bar area was a big hit and was probably the most used room in the house. The kitchen was spacious and well outfitted with double ovens and every pan you could possibly ever need - and I cooked an extensive menu for a good sized crowd. The neighborhood is quiet - this house being only one of two on the road yet close to downtown N Conway. Everone who stayed and all who came to visit commented on what a lovely home it was. I would recommend this property and will rent here again.. TY Amanda!

We had a great family vacation in this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Great adventures all within close drive: Echo Lake, tubing on Saco River, Alpine and water slides at Attitash, Little Falls, Mt Washington Hotel, Diana's Baths, Fireworks in North Conway, Outlet Shopping, easy hikes on the kancamangus, rope swing on Saco River. Both the management company and owner were responsive and helpful. It was very hot when we were there (100 degreee heat wave), so lack of AC was a bit tough. But the house now has four oscillating fans which helped to make the sleeping comfortable. We have also been to this house for a long weekend in September and enjoyed access to Storyland and gorgeous autumn foliage. We would rent here again!

Amanda - we love the house! My husband and I vacation in North Conway every year and this year we rented your large house to invite our three children, their spouses and children, to vacation with us. Well, I must say that all of the children and grandchildren enjoyed spending the week in this very spacious and well kept house. All of the bedrooms have lovely bedding with plenty of closet space for clothes - and the treasures we bought at the local shops. The layout of the floor plans works so well with large groups. Our grandchldren are very yound - 2 months to 3 years old - and they had plenty of room to play plus at nightime, once they were asleep from a day at Story Land, the adults had the rec room to play a game of pool and relax a bit. My personal favorite room is the kitchen with all the appliances and work space a serious cook can enjoyed. The views of Cathedal's Ledge and Moat Mountain are magnificant. A special treat for the entire family was the sighting of a black bear walking up the mountain side. Such a surprise. I have fallen in love with this house and it's surrounding. The entire family want to return next year for the Annual North Conway Vacation. I can't wait that long - I plan to return in the Fall. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
