This beachfront two-bedroom, two-bath condominium on the second floor of Gulf Crest Resort was built in 2004 and is professionally decorated. It is located in the quiet east-end of Panama City Beach in the Thomas Drive area and is close enough to enjoy restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf but far enough away for a tranquil vacation. The recently refurbished unit has tile floors throughout and pillow-top bedding. You will also find cable TV with HBO and high-speed internet. Outdoors you can enjoy the beach, swim in the ocean, sunbathe by the beach-side pools, relax in the hot tubs, or watch your young children splash in the kiddy pool. To access the pools and beach, step out your door to descend one flight of stairs or choose an elevator ride.
Gulf Crest is a gulf-front, gated resort located on the Emerald Coast of Florida. The 22-story condominium tower features tropical landscaping, attached covered parking with reserved space, three high-speed elevators, two large outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), poolside wireless internet access, two outdoor hot tubs, kiddy pool, two gazebos, grill, fitness room, game room, club room, and direct access to beach. In addition, an on-site rental and management office is staffed seven days a week, and 24-hour security is provided.
This 1,748 square-foot oceanfront unit features a unique open floor plan with ceiling-to-floor windows offering abundant natural light and unobstructed, expansive views of the beach and water. The living space totals 1,388 square feet. A large balcony of 360 square feet (40 feet in width) overlooks the spectacular beach and includes outdoor furnishings. Nine-foot ceilings are appointed with crown molding. The large open kitchen is newly stocked and fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar with stools and GE Profile appliances.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed, guest room with queen bed, alcove with twin bunk beds, and queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bath has a cultured marble vanity top and tub/shower with glass enclosure, and the master bath has double sinks. All bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, bedspreads) and bath and kitchen towels are provided.
Additional amenities in the unit include ceiling fans throughout, televisions in living room and bedrooms, DVD players, CD stereo system, and private laundry room connected to the master bath with a washer/dryer for your exclusive use. A high chair is also supplied as well as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and toys for your beach enjoyment.
Walk on the beach to Spinnaker or Pineapple Willy’s and dine overlooking the dazzling waters of the Gulf. Many restaurants are within easy walking and driving distance. From the beach enjoy parasailing, pontoon boats, and wave runners. Nearby are a water park, family entertainment center, zoo, miniature golf, bumper boats, arcades, go-carts, fishing, boating, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, and Gulf World Marine Park. Several golf courses are minutes away, including Bay Point’s Nicklaus-designed course and the championship Holiday Golf Club. Shopping is abundant, and a popular destination is Pier Park, a new and distinctive shopping, dining, and entertainment complex for everyone.
This pet-friendly unit welcomes dogs and provides food and water bowls for their use. An outdoor pet area is conveniently located on site.
