Superior Upmarket Lakeside Villa with extended deck- pool/spa that changes color- in the sun all day. Breathtaking views as the sun rise over the Lake, See the mother ducks bring their brood to the pool door to be fed. Enjoy the site of Eagles fishing or Egrets stirring the water for frogs, Otters with cubs playing,or roaming deer. Enjoy the tame Sand Cranes who walk right up to you with their young. Our Superior home is lovingly looked after with amply stocked cupboards, linens and a friendly management team that are on-site. Our home is decorated with many accessories, pretty window treatments, ornaments etc. New Cream Leather sofas and Sectionals, plush bedding and many upgrades.
Baby Equipment and toys supplied for our younger guests. Free Use of Sat Nav. The bedrooms are spacious and all have fitted HD flat screen TVs with inbuilt DVD players, radio alarms etc. There are Three King beds( 2 Master ensuites) a full size crib is also provided. In addition there are two Queen rooms and two themed twin rooms. (additional cribs on request)
Downstairs there are two lounges, a dining area, kitchen and nook and a fully air conditioned games room with wii fit, playstation, full size slate bed pool table, foosball table, games , lego and a toy box for our younger guests as well as one for Babies.
Our pool deck has exceptional views as the sun rises over the lake but also it has a luxury padded 17 piece pool set, and the pool changes color at night. Spa runs 24 hours -heated if paid for.
Spa runs hotter than the pool at 96 degrees.
We have a 24 hour guard at the gates but also provide an alarm and safe for our guests to use. Fast Lane Fob once checked in is provided. Guards call ahead before admitting even a pizza delivery.
Our home is ideally located for local restaurants and all the parks yet is it set in quiet surroundings that provide a contrasting relaxing time. Many guests return as no where else is quite as nice once you have found this well kept resort and our loved home.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Berkley
After visiting Florida for 15 years with our children and finding accommodation booked through travel agents was getting shoddy we booked ourselves through an owner on Lake Berkley Resort and fell in love with the place. Its so convenient for everywhere and immaculately kept. We immediately looked at homes on the market and decided to buy the biggest and best on offer. We have never regretted our decision and constantly spend money on making our home the best for guests so they can enjoy it too.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our home is situated in a peaceful location, no noisy traffic and beautiful view over the 14 acre natural spring Lake. We have breakfast on the pool deck and watch the sun rise over the Lake and the wildlife fishing for their breakfast. Mother duck comes by with her babies and waits patiently for you to feed them. The wild sand cranes preciously guard their baby as they come forward to see what the ducks have for breakfast. The mud turtles bask in the sun on the Lake sand and the otter jumps in to annoy them. Early risers will see the Mother Eagle diving in for fish. Deer nestle in the trees over the far side of the Lake and wild turkeys run around.
Its just heaven compared to the hustle and bustle of the nearby Disney parks. Lake Berkley is floridas best kept secret.

We are both retired with a mature family and grandchildren, latest arrival in picture with me. We visit our home two or three times a year to keep the standards high. I sit on the board of the resort and actively take part in all the resort decisions and have done for about five years now and am currently the President. I also help all new owners to rent their homes and take delight in showing them the advantages and pitfalls. Infact the owners on our resort have formed a group to refer bookings on and to look after each other which is why our community is strong.

My family (10 of us) spent a very enjoyable week at this Lake Berkley house in Sept. The location for touring was great in addition to the houses' location looking out onto the lake. The home is well stocked with cooler, strollers, toys, wii, pool table etc. The pool area is very confortable with a nice warm hot tub for relaxing. Another positive is the close vicinity (10 min.) to a Walmart since it seems we were always running down to pick up supplies. A great time was had by all and we ranged in age from 3-61. Thanks Jane for a wonderful stay at your house.

I want to pack up your beautiful home and take it back with us. Your attention to detail in every room its so pretty and furnished with taste. The kitchen is so well stocked unlike most holiday lets. We will definately be coming back again. Thank you for making our holiday magical.

Ill never stay in a hotel again. This truly is a home from home, it had everything we needed and much more. The children loved the games room with all the toys and my husband fished in the stock lakes every evening that we were not bathing in the spa. First class and recommended
