One of the nicest views in all of Boise awaits you at this fabulous executive home in a very upscale foothills neighborhood. There are only meticulously landscaped and cared-for homes in this neighborhood, and this home has one of the best views in the entire development, and in all of Boise!
The home has been professionally decorated, with brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, maple hardwood floors, professionally selected colors, and a layout that flows beautifully from room-to-room. The first floor boasts a gigantic master suite with king bed, Jacuzzi and separate shower; a modern laundry room with high efficiency machines; and everything else you need all on the first floor with walk out access to the beautifully landscaped yard. If you have guests, there is a guest suite with a beautifully decorated and very comfortable queen bed with pillow top mattress and ensuite bathroom. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds for the kids (young or old) close to a bathroom with dual vanity. In addition, there is a full function office with laser printer, fax machine, high speed wireless internet, and if more sleeping space is needed--a sofa with a queen size mattress. Every bedroom, including the office, has large windows overlooking the view.
Most of the furniture in the house is brand new as of January 2008, and high quality fabrics such as 500 and 600 thread count sheets are on the beds.
Outdoors, the patio has comfortable lounging furniture, a beautiful pond with a waterfall, and a view across the city and towards the sunset. At night the view of the city lights is absolutely breathtaking like thousands of little stars twinkling in a jet black sky. There’s a stainless steel gas barbecue, a hot tub, and a fenced in back yard that can be accessed from the house or the 3.5 car garage.
The development has walking trails, a swimming pool with changing rooms, and a newly resurfaced tennis court.
Only 5 minutes to Bogus Basin Road (the road to the local ski mountain), 20 minutes from the airport, and a short 10 – 15 minute drive to the dining and attractions of downtown Boise. Several excellent golf courses are within 10 minutes of the house.
