What a wonderful place! We needed a place close to Boise State University to accomidate 8 people. There was plenty of room, and the place was wonderfully decorated. Annie was great and met us there upon arrival to let us in and go over all the key points. We will back!
Owner response:Thank you so much for this nice review Andrew!!! I'm glad you had a good time and we would love to have your back. We give a discount to returning guests. And you are a Bronco fan too!!!!! Annie

We hosted family and friends in this beautiful home for a week in September. Plenty of room for 8 guests to sleep, move around and chill out. The great kitchen and all the equipment made it possible to prepare wonderful meals. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We barbequed, used the hot tub, and enjoyed the stunning views from the backyard , family room and the master bedroom. We would definitely return!!

Our stay at this house was very enjoyable! We loved the open floor plan and the home was very clean. We spent almost every day in the jacuzzi. It was snowing during this time and the view overlooking the city was beautiful! Annie was so pleasant to work with and very accomodating! Thank you!

We rented this home for a week in Sept.,2010. My daughter was getting married in Boise. We needed a place where my immediate family could all stay. We found the house fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. There were tons of clean linens and dishes and stemware galore. There were even plush spa robes in the closet. The view out the back of the home is nothing short of fabulous. At night it looks like the milky way is spread out at your feet only the lights of treasure valley are more interesting because there are many different colors. By day hot air baloons wafted by regularly. We had some truly spectacular sunsets that had my family awed and clicking away with their cameras. We had my daughters rehearsal dinner out back on the spacious patio (30 guests) with plenty of room to spare. All were quite taken with the whole presentation. This home is an outstanding value at little more than the cost of a decent hotel room. When in Boise, we will certainly try to stay there if possible. The rental agent ,Annie Williams, was a true pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to accomodate even the smallest of requests.

We stayed here after a week on the Middle Fork of the Salmon. It was a wonderful home to unwind and relax in before heading back to the east coast. Our family of 5 shared the home with another family of 4. We had a total of 5 young teens and 4 adults. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the hot tub and movie DVDs. The laundry room came in handy to wash all of our river clothes. The appliances were state of the art front loading machines. The terrace, a perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee, had a breath taking view of Boise.

We stayed in the Quail Ridge home for a week in late July; it was absolutely wonderful! The view is truly magnificent - we enjoyed it each and every day. The water fountain on the back porch is a great touch! We were surprised to find the second bedroom (with queen bed) had a bathroom directly inside. There is also another, larger bathroom just outside the dual-twin bedroom and office. We appreciated the split floor plan very much (master and half-bath on ground floor, all else above). Everything we needed and more was at our fingertips! Annie was so kind, and even provided a bottle of wine from a local winery as a housewarming gift (for our temporary home!).

We visited Boise Idaho for the very first time in June 2010. There were 7 of us (which included one teenager, one 7 year old and one 2.5 year old. When we first entered this rental home, we were very impressed with the view! It was spectacular. The home was very spacious and suited us very well. The backyard patio, jaccuzzi and sitting area was enjoyed almost every night! Did I mention the view? The bedrooms were well equipped and I heard no complaints from anyone. The house is well supplied with the bare necessities. Loved the access to a kitchen (especially when you are feeding so many people every day for three square meals. The entertainment center provided for some distraction for the kids, and when allowed for the adults as well. The house was very clean, well stocked with provisions (toilet paper, towels, dishwashing soap, etc.). The location is pretty central. We had no problems getting to the various sight-seeing areas. A few minutes from the downtown area, zoo, park, rivers. McCall is just a few hours away. Various other sites were also doable as day trips (waterfalls, fisheries, rivers, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Wow, what a home! We arrived in May for a stay of a little over a week, and everything was exactly what we could have hoped for! Annie, the manager was attentive to all of our needs and the house was perfectly clean with everything we needed and more. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is one of the most spectacular views from a back yard that I've ever encountered. It's that good! We'll be returning.

We rented this house to have a 4-generation family Christmas with my mother, who is in assisted living at Touchmark. The owners and property manager (Annie) could not have been more accommodating. The owners put up and decorated a Christmas tree for us so everything would be ready when we arrived. Annie called us ahead of time to see how many people would gather there and bought additional plates, etc. The house is beautiful and convenient. I was concerned that the living room would be too small for the 13 people who would gather there during the day, but the dining room, living room, kitchen and the round table off the kitchen are all in one open area. We were together as one for family games and gift exchange or broke into smaller groups, for board games and watching TV. Be sure to go to a second floor room, turn off the lights and look out over the city at night. The view is breathtaking. There is a stunning view wherever you are. We found it easy to get to and from the airport and to Touchmark. Enjoy!

What a wonderful home! My friends and I so enjoyed our stay there. The large open floor plan overlooking Boise city lights was sensational for our get-togethers. The furnishings and decor are all first class and the home is well located to all parts of Boise. We highly recommend it!

My family stayed in this home for the Thanksgiving holiday in Boise, and we were very pleased. Annie was there to greet us at the outset and provided the necessities to get our stay off to a great start. The home was inviting and worked very well for us seven adults, and the holiday came off without a hitch. The autumn weather was crisp with blue skies, and the view from Quail Ridge was spectacular. Thanks to Annie and her organization for a memorable holiday experience!

Our family arrived from Canada, Sun Valley, Washington D.C. & California, consisted of 8 people staying in the home (4 generations) to celebrate our son's induction to the Idaho Bar in 2009. It was very short notice, however, upon our arrival we recognized we had found a gem! The home owners and agents made our celebration all that much more memorable with the wonderful peaceful setting of this home, and its tasteful decor. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs for additional cooking supplies and place settings as we discovered cooking for 8 required service for 16 + when we all decided to stay in for a full day and enjoy our time in the home. At a moments notice our needs were met without hesitation. Our experience is one of fond memories, warmth and kindness. The extra effort in making our stay comfortable after living in Hulls Gulch community mad it feel like being home. Thank you Tom for sharing your home & your personal touch. Thank you Mike for being there when called upon (helping me with the pond, hot tub and bar b que) and making everything fall into place with the added cooking supplies and little items needed. Thank you Annie for your assistance. I am sure we will see you both again. We look forward to staying in the home when the opportunity presents itself and enjoying the view scape from the deck and hot tub under the evening sky with our family. Kind Regards, Your guests from Canada and family.
