Gorgeous, beach front home located on spectacular Captiva Island. Beautifully decorated! The home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, three new televisions, one in each bedroom and a large Sony with A/V system in the living room.
The house features two large decks, the lower deck is screened in and perfect for outdoor dining. The upper deck is a sundeck, and both decks have plenty of comfortable deck furniture.
Just walk out the door to our pristine, private beach or take the 30 second walk to the heated swimming pool and tennis courts. Our house is just a short 2 minute stroll down the beach from the Mucky Duck and Andy Rosse Lane. So close to Captiva Village and the restaurants, shops, rentals and general store!
A great location for sun worshipers and boaters alike. The new docks are a short walk away with inter-coastal access and can be easily reserved.
Come and enjoy all the charm of Captiva Island. A day at the beach shelling, swimming, or just working on that tan. At the end of the day back to the beach house for fantastic sunsets and an outdoor meal and finally to bed listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Paradise Found!
