The house looked accurate to the pictures, and was in a nice, quiet community. My 3 year old loved the pool. This house is a little off the beaten path, so just know you may have to drive at least 15-20 minutes to any attractions, restaurants, etc. Michelle was nice to work with, and always answered my emails in a timely manner. My only complaint was that I did not see a DVD player like the description said. I really wouldn't have cared, but my 3 year old loves to watch Curious George before bed and there really weren't any kids tv stations. But, we were gone every day all day, so it really wasn't that big of a deal.

Our family of 5 stayed here over Thanksgiving week 2011. The house was perfect for us, very clean and good location for all the attractions. Some DVD players for nighttime movie watching was the only complaint that I heard from my 3 children. The pool was great, the surrounding area was quiet and in a good neighborhood. Michelle was very pleasant and easy to work with, our security deposit was returned promptly after departure. Would definitely rent from again and would recommend this house and reality company to others

My family of 5 stayed at this house in August 2011. It was beautiful. Kids wished there were a touch more cable stations, but hey, we were visiting all the local parks and they were very tired when we got "home" at night. Michelle could not have been more accomadating. Very clean. My five year old was very happy with the pool and I was very happy he was too short to disarm any the alarms himself...made me feel a lot safer. When my daughter left her necklace behind, she informed us at the airport, Michelle and her cleaner found it and was mailed back promply with our deposit check.

VRBO Review Tips & Guidelines: Was the property clean and well maintained? We rented a villa found on VRBO at listing #21212 from 15th March, 2011 for eight nights. It was indeed a very large villa with an excellent floor plan. The unit was as pictured and the price was excellent. Dealing with Michelle was easy and professional. Upon entry, there were several issues about how clean the unit was. These were communicated to Michelle the very next morning since we only arrived very late the night before. Over the next couple days we found additional maintenance issues that were recently communicated separately with pictures to Behlor Realty a few days ago. The property was not clean and well maintained. They assure me today that there had been a complete system breakdown and that many maintenance issues have been rectified. Hopefully they have been. The villa is very well located to visit Disney which is but one right turn out of the development and one left turn during a 25 to 30 minute drive to the main gate. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We returned every day after 10pm and on our way again by 9am. As such we had a very good vacation. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of nature was great. I would recommend this villa on the basis that you were guaranteed that the villa was clean beyond just a surface clean.

My husband went down early and got set up in the house and picked myself and son, daughter in law and two grandkids up late in the afternoon. We grabbed a few groceries and went back to the house with the heated pool and the little ones jumped in while we made supper. We called them to come and eat and the little guy came running out of the pool exclaiming "this is the best holiday EVER!!!!!" And I think that about said it for all of us. We had a wonderful stay at the house and enjoyed every event at Disney and Busch Gardens and Sea World. The location was great and central to all these activities and like our grandson said, "It was the best vacation EVER", even before we left the house. Thanks again for making our stay the "BEST VACATION EVER"!!!

I have rented before through VRBO and have excellant results. This home was clean but in need of some TLC and supplies to get by the 1st night or day. No soap or bathroom supplies. It had a coffee pot but no filters, no dishwasher soap, no paper towels, no dish rags, only one dish towel and although it advertised that it could sleep 8 -10 it had only 8 bath towels. We arrived late at night and had no warning that we needed to bring our own household supplies to cover until we could get to a store the next day. The location was as advertised, easy to get to all of the attractions. The pool was great. Quite location in the middle of a normal sub division as advertised. Be aware you do not deal with the owner, but a rental property manager. They were very accomodating, but not aware of the needs of the owner. We were allowed to change dates a week before our arrival by one day which was very helpful.

Owner response:Its good to hear this group enjoyed the hosue and stay - I would like to add that all the rentals in this area are vacation homes (not resorts) and do not supply the items pointed out ( it is not that they were overlooked) . There is 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, and a kitchen bin bag in the home for when guests arrive, plus small bathroom soap. All else is up to the renter ( and keeps rates down) . The home has 12 bath towels - perhaps the closet behind the master bathroom door was not checked, that holds extra towels. These homes have same day change overs, the washer/dryer in the home is used for all bed linens and towels so they have to be kept to a standard amount. When you book - you book thru the manager of the home, have our contact details and emergency numbers, we are here locally, as the owner lives over seas!. Good to hear we are accomodating, I wish the guest had called me regarding towels so we could have resolved that point for them.

Great Florida Vacation

We stayed in this house in June 2010 for 5 nights. It was great. The house was clean and the website accurately described the ammenities. We liked the openness of the living area/kitchen. We loved the pool as well. Visited the tennis court several times while we were there as well. It wasn't far from many area attractions yet not right in all the hustle and bustle of being in town either. Close to Disney, shopping, and dinner shows. The realtor was very helpful. It was a great value for the price. I have already recommended it to a friend who will be in the area next summer and we would definately stay there again if we plan a trip to the Orlando/Kississmee area again.

We rented 4708 Crestone in Oct. Lovely home everything is as stated on VRBO. 45 min. drive to downtown Orlando. Loved being out away from all the hustle & bustle of Disney. Close enough to do many things. Equidistance from Daytona or Clearwater. All correspondence with Behlor Realty was quick and easy. Will definately use them again. Thanks to Michelle for making our trip worry free.

Really enjoyed the stay at this property. House was very clean and fully equipped, would easily sleep 8 plus a sofa bed. Only problem we had was getting the kids out of the pool so we could get out to the attractions! Pool was great.Cleaned and chemicals checked weekly. Estate was spacious and very quiet but only 15 miles or so to Sea World and Disney. Local Supermarkets within 5 miles were massive. Michelle made the whole booking process very easy and we are definately planning to stay at the same property again in future.

Our Family was very happy with this house. It was very clean and spacious and met all our family's needs. Easy drive to Disney and Sea World. We had one problem on arriving (there was no heat and it was chilly) which was very quickly taken care of. The pool was so warm and clean, everyone enjoyed being able to use it even though it was December. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We had 8 people but the house never felt crowded.

We enjoyed our stay very much at 4708 Crestone Circle this past April. The house was beautiful, very clean and very spacious. Great layout. The pool was fantastic after spending the day at Disney(we were at Disney for 2 hours and our kids wanted to go home to the pool) Great neighborhood, very quiet and relaxing, only 15 minutes from Disney World and 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. We were going to stay at the Disney Resort but we found this house and Michelle was so great that we decided this would be the better choice for us and our 3 kids, and it was . We have recommended it to all of our friends and would recommend it to anyone considering renting a house, especially if you have kids. Michelle from Behlor was so great to deal she made this very easy. Thank You Michelle. We look forward staying here on our next vacation.

Having spent the last four weeks travelling throughout the US (Mid December till Mid Jan 2008)we can assure potential users of this property that you will be very satisfied. Plenty of room to spread out. We where a family of four but this house could hold up to 8 with no problem. The neighbourhood is quite and close enough to all that you need but far enough away form the rush of the highways and theme parks. We took in a basketball game and college NFL game in Orlando city whilst we where there to get away from the theme park rush.(Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space center where the best days for us) We shopped till the credit card melted and found that the house was a great base to relax and de-stress after the days activities. A great way to blend into a normal way of life in an unfamiliar country. Shopping for grocercies was not too far away and we did one BIG shop to last us the ten days we where there. The house has everything you need.Behlor Realty was great to use and Michelle was very helpful from booking right the way through. Thanks The Nugent Family, Perth, Australia.

Wow! We just got back from our Florida vacation. We booked at the last minute, found 4708 Crestone online, and thought we would try a house rental instead of staying in a hotel. I recently returned from Florida after a fabulous holiday with 4708 Crestone Circle, Doral Woods, Kissimmee, as our base. The Villa was everything we were led to believe it would be and added to an excellent holiday. There were no issues or problems and the limited time we did spend there was peaceful and relaxing. What a fantastic vacation we had! This was our first experience renting a house for our vacation - we will definitely do it again (especially through Behlor Realty)! The house at 4708 CRESTONE CIRCLE was wonderful. We loved the layout of the house. We had 4 adults and 3 children and we had loads of room (even an extra bedroom). It was so cozy the way the living space was set up. The entire house was well-stocked in towels and bedding. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We left the house early in the morning (after having breakfast) and did all the parks - the distance to the parks was about 15-20 minutes. Shopping wasn't far away either. In the evening, we cooked dinner at the house while the grandchildren enjoyed the pool - they had a blast - it was just right for their ages - 14, 10 and 2 years. We loved being able to eat outside at night. The neighborhood was very relaxing - no fast cars or loud music - perfect for a vacation. As for Michelle from Behlor - you couldn't have asked for a friendlier or more helpful individual - she was great - always there if we needed her. I enjoyed my rental at 4708 CRESTONE CIRCLE this past March. Everything was in order and very clean and comfortable. Also, the solar heating for the pool worked surprisingly well. It had no trouble, even on partly cloudy days, bringing the pool temperature about 10 degrees warmer than the air temperature. On some of the warmer days it actually shut off in the afternoon because the pool temp had reached the maximum setting of 90 degrees. No trouble furling and unfurling the pool blanket by myself either. Also, a real gem is Poinciana Blvd. which runs north and south by Doral Woods. Unlike most of the other roads you travel in this area, it has few traffic lights and you can travel either way briskly to get to what you need. About 10 mins south for essentials at the Walmart or two supermarkets. 15 mins north and you have restaurant row.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The directions were easy to follow and having the key at the house made for one less stop. There was plenty of room and it was nice to sit on couches instead of a bed in a hotel room. We would plan a visit this way again.

We have rented homes for vacations many times, and this was the best house we have ever been in. We bought friends with us for Easter week (2006) and even with 4 adults and 4 children we were never cramped for space. The pool was the perfect size and temperature. The only inconvenece was the need to go and get dish soap and toilet paper, however it was a nice drive to the store and it was a grand opportunity to shop! Coming from a fairly rural community it was nice to have the option of a quiet evening at home or a night on the town so close at hand. The parks were close but not so close as to have people tramping up and downthe street at all hours. We are already planning our trip for next year!

A lovely spacious house. Everything we needed was included - a real home from home. The pool was lovely, very clean and warm (it was like stepping into a bath). There was plenty of bedding , towels and crockery. The management company were excellent both at the booking stage and whilst we were at the property. Good location for a fairly traffic free journey to Disney sites , which took about 20-25 minutes.

Just got back from our second visit to Orlando, we stayed at 4708 Crestone Circle. The villa was huge and very comfortable, the pool was great and the naya provided us with a little shade in the afternoon. We stayed in Doral woods last year and loved the area, it was good to be away from the hustle and bustle around the theme parks and well worth the 15 minute drive. WE just arrived back from a week in the house at 4107 Crestone Circle. We had a party of 6 adults and 3 children. The house and pool were in great shape. The house is located away from the hustle and bustle or Orlando but still just a short drive to all of the major attractions. The Pool was a blessing after a long day of walking in the various parks ( universal, sea world ) We will definetly look at a return visit in a couple of years. Better than any Hotel.

We just arrived home from our 2nd consectutive year at 4708 Crestone Circle. Our party this year consisted of 11 people: 4 Adults, 2 teenagers and 5 children under 10. We had no problem sleeping everyone comfortably, we had no problem sitting everyone comfortably at meal time but the best thing is if you choose to just relax for the day the kids will not be bored. We found the pool to be warm but instead of having the temp. turned down we let the kids swim in it during the day, then at night the adults used it as a hot tub. Location, location, location,? This home has it. 12 mins to Disney, 20 mins to Sea World and only an hour and a half to Cocoa Beach. This house is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you need something that you are not too far out of the way. You will need to pick up a few things however Walmart in Poincianna is less then 10 min away.

We rented the house Easter week 2005. I have rented many houses all over the US and Behlor realty made it very easy. The house was very nice and the location, great. Some houses in the area you have to practically share your pool because the houses are so close, no so with this one, it felt very private. The pool was very warm (100 degrees F)The only thing I would heed to renters is to come prepared. There was no dishwasher detergent, dish soap and only one dish cloth. So a trip to Walmart will be required sooner than later. If I went back to Disney I would rent this house again.

Wow! We had a great experience with your company! This house was such a pleasure and accommidated our large family wonderfully. This is the first time we rented a house from Behlor Realty and next time we go to Florida will try to select them again. The house overpassed our expectations: spacious, clean, confortable beds, nice heated pool, refrigerator, good T.V. set and DVD, quiet and beautiful neigborhood. This is the first time we rented a house from Behlor Realty, Inc. We found the house was spacious, just what we needed. It was in a great area where you can view some wildlife around. The pool was great. There were some minor problems with the way the house was maintained, but nothing that could not be corrected. It was only about 15 to 20 minutes from Disney, which was enjoyed by all. All in all it was a great house for a stay. We are glad we contacted Behlor Realty. Thank you Michelle.

This is a spacious house in a rural and residential area, with reasonable amount of area between houses. The latter was the main reason we chose this house and we weren't disappointed. So many houses are built almost touching that you may as well all share one pool. During our stay we saw squirrels and a family of birds which added to our enjoyment. The pool is a good size and the free solar heating is a benefit, although when we rented the weather was so hot it hardly need any heating. The was pool was too hot for us when we arrived but after a phone call to Behlor they came out straight away and turned it down. It has two TVs both with satellite so when chilling out after a stressful day at the theme park you don’t have to watch MTV with the kids. Free national and international phone calls were provided when we stayed which my daughter just loved. Getting her off the phone so we could use it was the problem. The only downside is the distance to Disney, 35min, but I think that is price you have to pay for more seclusion.
