Year Purchased: 2009
We live in Southern Michigan but our hearts are often in southwest Florida. While we like to travel, we also appreciate a comfortable place to which we can come home. While not over the top in any way we both like to be active, with golfing, biking, hiking, swimming and beach strolling being high on the list of favorite activities.
Why the Owner Chose Southern Hills
We have recently purchased this condo to both enjoy ourselves and share with like minded individuals. Once we had visited the area in general and Pelican Sound in particular it was clear that this was the place for us to spend some time. From the wonderful setting to the warm and friendly staff we have enjoyed our time in PS. We especially appreciate the variety of activities that are literally right outside the door.

We had a fabulous stay at this property Dec 2011. The layout of the condo was great for privacy inside and out. Furnishings, upkeep, housecleaning were all exceptional. We love the large round dining table, perfect for watching golfers and wildlife while eating our meals. Convenience to airport, shopping and restaurants also a plus. Golf courses are superb, choice of six pools,shuttle to Lover's Key always fun. The community is like a sanctuary with quiet morning and evening walks and friendly people. This condo is our favorite of all our stays at Pelican Sound. Thank you Debbie and Rich for anticipating every need for your guests. MARVELOUS. Andy and Sharolyn

Whether we wanted to go biking, play golf, go to the beach or stay in to prepare a meal, this well appointed home had what we needed. Two great bikes, beach paraphenalia, and a well stocked kitchen - it was all there. We found this coach home well situated between Fort Myers and Naples, near the airport and close to great shopping, local markets and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter in Pelican Sound and would recommend this property to anyone.

My husband and I just returned from a 4 week stay at your Southern Hills condo. We found your location to be superb. The view from the lanai was breathtaking and the condo was appointed beautifully. We will be back next year to Pelican Sound.
