We are offering a comfortable, fully furnished one-bedroom suite with all linens and dishes provided, 70+ cable channels, central heating/evaporative cooling, and free high-speed WiFi. There is an on-site Building Manager as well as an on-site Maintenance Tech available to address any issues you may have. This fully furnished apartment is also available on a multi-week or monthly basis.
The building is 4 doors north of the Colorado State Capitol Building, a short block from the eastern edge of Denver's Central Business District. Two short blocks and you are at the RTD hub to everywhere in Denver and the FREE 16th Street shuttle through the heart of the downtown area. The location provides quick and easy access to all the conveniences and attractions that downtown Denver has to offer, including the 16th Street Mall, many museums, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and the Denver Public Library.
